Nelson's Treats  Recenzje

Customer service is non-existent! I ordered some Easter treats in March, with a dispatch date of 15th April. I was a little worried with this because Good Friday/Easter weekend started on the 18th. I saw that Tom had been unwell with emergency surgery and I offered to cancel my order to take the pressure off of him but he said there was no need. Come the 17th I still hadn’t recieved a dispatch email so I sent him an email, and had my dispatch email the following afternoon, but still to this day (now 1st May) I still haven’t had any response to my email or my instagram messages!! My order eventually arrived on the 22nd April, so after Easter! And 2 of the biscuits were broken!! Highly disappointed in the service and I will not order from them again.

Amazing cake & biscuits. Great communication and understanding from the company when there was a delay due to Royal Mail.

The cutest treats!
And love that the ingredients list is short making these treats quite healthy too! Perfect! X

Fabulous personalised birthday cake as always ! The attention to detail is just beautiful, too good for my dog to even eat ! But he very much enjoyed his cake, and it lasts a long time too so it doesn’t all have to be eaten at once. Highly recommend !

Great treats, brilliant customer service from Tom as always.

Our dogs absolutely love their subscription box!

They are so excited by all the delicious treats 🥰

Easy to order, delivered on time and great packaging ensuring all biscuits were delivered in perfect condition.

Been using Nelsons for seasonal treats over the past 3-4 years. Tom delivers beautifully decorated treats that my dog absolutely devours. The Grinchy box is on our must have Christmas list. Come well packaged & estimated timelines are always stated on their socials.

We absolutely love nelson treats. The thought that goes into the designs and detail is just amazing. Our 2 yorkies love their nightly Nelson's

Great service when it came to making and delivery the cake so that it arrived with plenty of shelf life. Very much appreciated!
However this arrived with a spelling mistake which i understand is accidental but after pointing it out to business owner, I’m a bit disheartened to not only have our message read instantly with no reply for several hours but to not receive a sorry from them.
Customer service is a big part of ordering from a small business and unfortunately this has put me off ordering again in the future.

Beautiful products, fast service order arrived with complimentary free treats. It made the whole experience magical

Tail-wagglingly amazing treats for my pup – they're a hit every time! Packed with goodness, these treats keep my furry friend happy and healthy, and I love seeing that joyful wag with every bite!

Desmond absolutely loves his monthly subscription boxes. He gets so excited when it arrives and they certainly don't last long!!? In all honesty, I'm jealous of Desmond's monthly goodies because they look and smell amazing! Thanks Mr Nelson!

Our dogs absolutely love their subscription box!
They are so excited by all the delicious treats 🥰

The doggy treats were loved by the recipient and the pooches who ate them.
Quick email response from the company over a query I had.

Absolutely fantastic quality perfect design perfect size for a dog worth the money all day long

The treats are very good and the only thing I can make an adverse comment about is the time it takes from ordering and delivery.
