Had great service from the team @ Nulla cutlery services.

11 years using this company , double the price, the knifes barely cuts butter , have to sharp at the restaurant on top new drivers new face comes every day or every other day to change knife and they deal with cash only. I appointment them every 3 weeks , my staff didn’t know these cunning artist came every day taking £25 CASH for knife’s sharpen .

Stay away from this company. They are not trustworthy, unprofessional and dishonest. SCAMMERS!!! Read all reviews before putting your trust this company

Awful experience from start to finish. My cancellation was confirmed, yet they refused to close the account properly or refund the period afterwards, insisting on three months’ notice. After 11 phone calls, I’ve given up chasing the money. The equipment is unreliable too. I wouldn’t use them again and suggest you look elsewhere.

The service I got was brilliant, my knives cut through products like butter… great value and thanks Fran for being so helpful.

I found my experience of dealing with Nella on the phone and then collecting my sharpened knives to be very professional and well priced

This company is a complete scam. I have a restaurant in Oxfordshire. I sent our boards in to be resurfaced and instead of doing that they enrolled me in a scheme to provide me with their boards once a year. I clearly stated in my email that this is not the service I wanted. Avoid this business at all cost.

Amazing Co. Have been using them for over 30 years over multiple restaurants. Very good value for money and if there are any issues...every business has now and then they fix it straight away. I deal with Fran in the office who is a great person and very professional and always on hand to provide excellent customer service. She's been working there for some time, which is always great to have someone you know to deal with unlike other firms these day.

I’m using Neela nice service for 7 month service is good. Kife is very very bad. It is not sharp and very thin knife and . They started from £10 now the price is going up and you can’t cut with a knife whoever running this business he should know how to shap the knife and what kind of kife They should provide to the restaurant and takeaways. It’s a really really bad Nife they ripping people off. I am fed up complaining them talk to customer service they can’t do nothing. Send the same Nife all the time and the driver can sort this out.

They are dragging thigs out for no reason. They say it will take so and so long but in reality it takes more than double of that time. Am still waiting for our boards to be returned

I CALLED UP NEEDING TO CHANGE THE FREQUENCY OF MY SERVICE FOR KNIFE SHARPENING. SPOKE TO MICHAEL WHO WAS SUPER FRIENDLY AND ON THE BALL. VERY QUICKLY FOUND MY CUSTOMER ID AND MADE THE CHANGE. SO LOVLEY TO SPEAK TO EFFICIENT FRIENDLY STAFF WHO MAKES YOU FEEL THAT NOTHING WOULD BE A PROBLEM AND YOU HAVE CONFIDENCE THAT THEY CAN HELP WITH WHATEVER YOU MAY REQUIRE. THE GUYS WHO BRING THE NEW SHARPENED KNIVES ARE ALSO A DELIGHT TO DEAL WITH, ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND EFFICIENT

Cold call scam. Drop sample knives in for you to keep and then return to get cash from you for them during service to nuisance the money from you. Gave them the knives back. Crooks.

Cold calling, aggressive scammers offering a poor quality service with rude and aggressive delivery men

Cold calling, scammers who try to get you to sign delivery notes that contain a 3 month cancellation contract!! Beware. After telling them to do one last year they have started trying to drop off knives again without saying anything. Deceitful and illigal.

I was working when a man from nella came in to switch my knives, I was sexually assaulted by him which was witnessed by other staff members, the police were contacted and a report made, as I didn't have enough evidence I was advised by police to drop the charges as it wouldn't get to court, I had to then speak to a doctor who signed me off sick due depression foe sexual assault, I've tried to contact nella to discuss this many times who really couldn't care less about what happened to me by a man carrying out a job for them, absolutely outrageous.

A gentleman came into my cafe today and said he was dropping off a free trial of sharp knives for a week. Said after that there's a monthly charge and they bring a new set of sharp knives every month. I told him I had not ordered/arranged for any trial, and said I would find out from my boss. He wasnt keen to hang around and said he would return in a week to collect knives. He left an invoice with my company name and address on. When I was able to confirm no one in my company arranged this trial I called Nella and spoke to Fran who said she would arrange for knives to be collected. She said I did tje right thing by calling her to let her know the rep was dropping off knives to businesses without an arrangement. I consider this cold calling, and very sneaky. Whether it is the companies strategy or the individual rep, I am not sure. I would just be wary of this company. I have searched online and there seems to be very mixed reviews.
