Need It For Tonight – NIFT Recenzje

They took ages to arrive and not within the estimated delivery time frame and extremely expensive for what they are. The packaging wasn't the best either.

Very professional and efficient. Would highly recommend

Really easy. Almost too easy

Very good service. Fast with great brands and fantastic customer service, I will be using again.

Scrolled through NIFT for birthday gift inspiration. Great to find independant designers that we may not have come accross easily in the North East. Ordered using the nationwide delivery service and found a great present. Thank you NIFT !!

I ordered my item and thought there is no way that it can arrive in 90 minutes. Hey presto! My order arrived 90 minutes later as promised- no delays, no excuses. Customer support was also really helpful when I had a quick question before ordering. Will definitely be using them again!

Pete and Claire couldn't have been more helpful. I wasn't waiting any longer than 5-10 minutes for a response throughout the whole order process from before ordering right up until after my order was delivered. Great customer service and a massive range of items from a tonne of suppliers.

So impressed! I’d seen this on Instagram and thought I’d try it out for a last min birthday present. As a very last-minute person, this service is a dream. Amazing customer support and super fast! Thank you NIFT team.

Really helpful team and efficient service. Good product selection and prices too. Thank you.

So I was scouring the internet for particular pair of shoes. NIFT was advertising this pair from a separate website with a discount code. I just thought it was too good to be true. I did all the checks to see if they were a legitimate company, and trust pilot alleviated my concerns, the website is also polished. So placed my order, but it was at pending status, I send an email to Simone from NIFT and she answered all my queries professionally. I received an order confirmation and tracking soon after her email. I am now just waiting for the shoes to arrive. So far really happy with the service.

I was initially sceptical of the company as its not a household name but few reviews off the trust pilot did the trick for me. However, doubts cripped in due to delay in response after payment. I falsely convinced myself its one of the scam site though not for long because the process leading to the point of delivery ended in just a day as the name of the company sounds. Most importantly, the genuineness of the product needs to be applauded. So rest assured you are dealing with capable hands. Delivery was to my door step too, 3 floor.

Excellent customer service.
You actually speak to a HUMAN, and very friendly helpful person. I nearly want to just shop because you get such amazing service.

Fantastic experience. I was kept updated at every stage. Got a dress I've had my eye on for a while at a great price. Very happy and will definitely use this service again.

Not a London customer so can’t avail of the 90 minute delivery options but recently used them to purchase a last minute holiday outfit.

Made the order on a Saturday afternoon. Original delivery window was Tuesday all day which wasn’t going to work as we needed to leave for the airport on Tuesday morning. But the team and Dasha in particular did everything she could to get me my outfit in time.

Service was great and for that I’ll be back. Think maybe some of the FAQs could do with refinement and updating so there’s more info prior to placing an order (it wasn’t clear that next day delivery wouldn’t apply over the weekend and seemingly things bought on the weekend are processed on a Monday). Plus it would be amazing to have better weekend coverage but key thing is that they worked to ensure the parcel got to me in time which was amazing

I’d highly recommend NIFT! What a great app and concept - especially for someone who is last minute when it comes to outfits!

Amazing app with a great curation of quality clothes!

Customer service always brilliant

I loved my order from NIFT such great quality and it came so quickly I’m super pleased with it!

NIFT was recommended to me by a friend and it’s safe to say I’ll be using it again and again! Clothes, homeware, gifts, jewellery and more available with super speedy and reliable delivery!

Really needed an outfit for a last min do and it arrived so fast. Was able to be the belle of the ball and the effort was f all. Highly recommend.
