NeckCare is excellent precise technology, easy to use and backed by a great online platform. The clinical and support team is really helpful, along with the growing academic resources and content library.

Dr. Ansel Updegrove had the amazing fortune to be at the last Upper Cervical Conference in Salt Lake City in June 2025.

During the conference, he was first made aware of NeckCare and its invaluable and niched applications.

His passion is providing care to those with TBI’s, vestibular issues and upper cervical care for over 23 years.

From the first contact with Allie Broghammer we were blown away. Having Kevin Christenson walk us through every step of set up and trouble shooting at a moments notice, beyond belief.

I have utilized NeckCare for almost 1 year now. It is by far the most efficient and effective tool I have ever come across for assessing the role of the cervical spine in a patient's condition. Would highly recommend to anyone who sees patients with complaints arising from the neck.

Neck Care has quickly become a standard part of my concussion/PCS assessment process. It's added an invaluable layer of objectivity to the evaluation. It has helped patients understand why we're doing X instead of Y based on the result of the JPET & Butterfly Test.

The product itself is great.

The onboarding was a bit rushed. I felt like the person in charge was hurrying through things so I missed some key components.

One major thing I’d love to get answered is how far should the patient be from the screen, and at what height should it be in relation to them?

When setting up during the onboarding, the guy just said “yeah that looks right” without actually providing any guidance or info.

From the first communication with the guys at NeckCare, everything has been top notch. It's a great product, and everyone I've worked with there has been extremely helpful throughout the whole process. We are currently using it with our patients and marketing it to doctors, and everyone is extremely impressed with the results.

The ENTIRE team at NeckCare has genuinely been so above board in every aspect. From the onboarding training to the communication with the team about how to improve their offerings, NeckCare has been unlike any company I've worked with. This doesn't even take into account the AMAZING product itself! This has revolutionized my clinic and how I care for patients. The data is priceless!

Technology is easy to use. Adds a valuable measurement and quantification on a sense that was mostly unmeasruable in the past. Reporting is outstanding and easy to understand. Support has been great as well as the Neckcare support team went out of their way to fix technical problems I had on my initial unit.

As far as I can tell, Neck Care is at the forefront of cervical proprioceptive testing. The have the best team of clinicians advising the development of the technology, and it shows in the assessments and reporting features. Very happy to have Neck Care in my clinical procedures.
