Ordering process was not flawless (errors when paying with paypal). Support was fast and helpful though, but I prefer to be able to order without support. Shipping via FexEx is too espensive, and FexEx is rather bad, their website is low quality too.

We’re sorry that the ordering process was not as smooth as it should have been. We recently had a temporary technical issue on the website after a Cloudflare update, which caused problems during checkout for some customers. This was resolved within 24–48 hours, and we did our best to help affected customers as quickly as possible.
We’re glad to hear that you were happy with our support, but we completely understand that ordering should work properly without needing assistance.
Regarding FedEx: we understand your frustration. For many regions, FedEx is currently one of the most affordable tracked shipping options we can offer, even though the pricing can still feel high. We are always looking into better shipping options, including possible alternatives such as postal point delivery, but we also have to balance cost, tracking, and international delivery coverage.
