I was scammed by NDURE.
I ordered a pair of shoes, but when they arrived, the size was too small. I contacted them to request an exchange, and they agreed. They picked up the shoes and gave me a code to place a new order.
However, the code didn’t work, and since then, they’ve stopped responding to my messages and calls.
Please be careful — don’t fall for the same trick!

Very bad service...box of shoes is not in proper condition, there are no bag to carry the box. VERY BAD behavior of the staff.

With order #ND-1057440-1 i ordered 2 pair of Chappel.. Whn i received both were damage. In 1 pair both foot were right foot and in size thy were 38 amd 41.. I complained nxt day. And they said their rider will come and pick these pairs... But not yet their rider came nor they respond.. Now they put me in blacklist i can't even msg them.. What a shame Ndure.. It was my 1st experience wd ndure that went worse..

Only there designs are good, quality of shoes is worse. Waste of money in terms of investment in this so called brand. Even lunda shoes are better in quality than ndure shoes.

i had a very bad experience from store manager who was telling me if you dont want then dont come we are not calling you to buy from here when i ask him you are the store manager and you saying me like this
he replied me this is company ego i dont care,

Ordered size 42/8 shoes from ndure on Jan 3, received delayed confirmation on Jan 8, and got size 41 shoes on Jan 12. Disappointed with the experience. Contacted customer service for a resolution. Got nothing even after one month.

My Ndure shoe purchase turned into a nightmare when they tore my ankle skin after just one day's wear. When I tried to return or exchange the defective product, Ndure shockingly denied my requests, blaming nonexistent allergies. This was my first and last interaction with Ndure. Their product quality and customer service left me extremely dissatisfied. Reputable companies should stand behind their products and provide top-notch service, but Ndure fell short on both fronts. I caution potential buyers to explore alternatives that prioritize quality and customer satisfaction over Ndure's dismal performance.

I had ordered Men's Basic Lace-up Sneakers and they have sent a wrong pair of shoes .If you don't have the said pair of shoes don't send a different pair of shoes to the customers this is indeed a very bad experience I will never buy a single shoe from these guys anymore.

such a pathetic customer service from brands like Ndure, bought a shoe from them on 12th aug, it was delivered on 17th aug and one of the side was used with wrinkles on front and and packaging was torn, I've been messaging them to return this, they responded till 24th aug, but now they aren't even responding to any of my messages.

I placed an order on 04 July,2022 and received confirmation email along with order number. Now, It's 17th July,2022 but I haven't received my order so far. Sent couple of emails at the email address they have provided for customer services but didn't received any response. Tried to contact on WhatsApp they have provided to contact even there didn't received any response. First impression is the last impression and I've received really bad impression about Ndure as they have got really very bad services as no one could bare this behavior specially when one has lots of options to go with in this fast moving time where customers have got lots of options. Really very disappointed and unsatisfied with their services and behavior.

I am living in the UK and came in to pakistan and I bought ndure twice in different years and shoes does not last more than one month.

Ndure.com offers 3rd class pricey shoes with pretty designs, beautiful wrapping, and good hype via TV ads.

I purchased a pair of Sandals for Eid ul Fitr and the top finish is almost ripped, leaving a very ugly shoe in just one and a half months.

I don't use it in travel. I mostly use it in my home and wear it in the washroom as well. I asked the sales guy before purchasing and he said that I can wear it in water and they're durable.

This is the worst purchase ever. Ndure company belongs to Servis shoes and I used their other sandals which were durable enough to last at least a year.
