As has been the case every year, my annual Nevada LLC renewal that NCH has filed annually since they created my LLC in 2018, went very smoothly. I'm very happy I signed on with NCH back in 2018.

Setting up two LLCs at the same time could have been overwhelming, but Jannina walked me through everything clearly and efficiently. She was knowledgeable, professional, and made sure I had exactly what I needed to get both Offline Peptides, LLC and 1982 Property Holdings, LLC properly established. The whole experience felt organized from start to finish. If you’re serious about setting up your business the right way, NCH delivers, and having someone like Jannina in your corner makes a real difference.

KJ, a usual, was a big help and always keeps me up to date on the "paperwork" that I need to stay on top of. She's very friendly and easy to wok with.

Jamie was very helpful in going over my corporation docs with me. If she didn't know a particular part, she went and got me a coach to go over that area with me.

Rhoda was super patient explaining the process to me for my first renewal and transferred me to another person once we were done so I could ask a Specalist some very specific questions. John helped me with all of my questions and look forward to reaching out directly to him in the future when needed.

BEWARE: NCH is using incredibly shady, high-pressure tactics to harvest sensitive personal information. I was contacted by a representative named Ralston who behaved more like a "debt collector" or a predatory used car salesman than a business professional.
This wasn't a business call; it was an interrogation. The "consultant" attempted to manipulate me by:
• Racially Tone-Deaf Conduct: As a Black man, being repeatedly called "brother" by a sales shark trying to extract my personal data is insulting and unprofessional. It’s a transparent, low-tier grooming tactic.
• Calculated Manipulation: He used his "Navy veteran" status as a weapon to manufacture trust while simultaneously disrespecting my boundaries.
• Aggressive Data Mining: He relentlessly pressured me for my home address and began prying into confidential details about my family. There is absolutely zero legitimate reason for an LLC formation service to demand personal family dynamics and home location. He kept repeating about sending me a record book and asked several times for my credit card number.
• Security Risk: The sheer desperation to get my home address and credit card number felt like a major security red flag. It felt like I was being "sold" by someone looking for any leverage possible to exploit my privacy.
WARNING: Do not engage with this company unless you want your personal life, home address and financial information, treated like a lead sheet for aggressive used car salesmen. NCH is a privacy nightmare masquerading as a professional service. PROTECT YOUR DATA AND STAY AWAY.
