Just wanted to leave a quick review for Usman at Highgate. Even though I’m not buying anything yet, still he was very respectful, honest and gave me genuine advice without any pressure. Really appreciated the way he greeted and spoke to me professionally. Great customer service and a very nice person to deal with. Highly recommended.

We visited NCF Living (Highgate) today…
We visited NCF Living (Highgate) today looking for a new sofa and had such an amazing experience thanks to Usman. From the moment we walked in he was incredibly friendly, polite, patient and genuinely helpful without being pushy at all. He took the time to answer all of our questions, helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the whole experience really easy and enjoyable.
His customer service was excellent and you can tell he really cares about helping customers find the right sofa for their home. We ended up leaving with a beautiful sofa that we absolutely love, and a big reason for that was Usman’s help and professionalism.
