Brilliant service and quick process

Used this company on a few occasions now and honestly I will not go anywhere else. These is no call centre robot who is reading from a script, These are real humans who are honest hard working and provide outstanding customer service. I will not use any other tech company. There is no messing when they receive your device. They also sell phones so if you aint selling get on their website and buy.

Dealt with Nathan a long time. Can’t fault the service, can’t fault him as a person. Recommended a lot of people to buy items through him.

I had an excellent experience trading in my phone with NB. The whole process was quick, straightforward, and hassle-free from start to finish. They offered a fair price, kept me informed throughout, and the payment was made promptly as promised.

The customer service was professional, friendly, and efficient, making the entire experience stress-free. I really appreciated how easy they made everything, and I wouldn't hesitate to use their trade-in service again.
