Called in lateish on a hot Friday afternoon to buy a new riding hat. A polite, pleasant, patient, knowledgeable young lady fitted me quickly and efficiently. Focus was on getting the right hat for me (I ride once maybe twice a week and would describe myself as a plodder) and not on selling me the most expensive hat or a specific brand. Also was able to help with a number of other questions and purchases, clearly knew the store and it's contents and was also able to offer advice on how to find a particular product not available in store.

I went for a body protector which was a birthday present of my husband. Zara was not only helpful over the phone as I rang prior to travelling over 28 miles to check a range was in stock. She was also extremely helpful face to face and both knowledgeable, professional and friendly. She is a credit to your team

Live locally but haven’t used Naylors much if honest, but really needed a decent pair of wellies for dog walking so thought I’d give Naylors a try and good job I did! I’ve struggled finding a good fit welly and Joanna the assistant was incredibly knowledgeable and great on advice. I ended up buying a fantastic pair of wellies that I know will last. A really friendly store and will certainly use again.
