Becoming an expert in the complexities of Medicare and all the iterations is the last thing I'm interested in pursuing given I'm 79 and retired. Where do I begin? First off, very friendly and quite patient with all my questions. Did not give me the feeling that my questions were dumb or that they were getting annoyed that I would ask so many. That is paramount for me. Then how articulate the health care language that can be quite confusing to me. So that was a plus!!! Also they were prepared for everything I asked. Had a satisfactory answer to where by the time our meeting concluded, I was saying yes, thank you for your help and please sign me up.
