Account update w sch meeting

Called in to ask about my account. I met with Melinda she was very quiet and listened before she spoke. She allowed me the space to my issue to her so she could deliver a answer. That is the sign of good training and quality professionalism that is lacking in other organizational cultures. Thank you Melinda!!!!!!

Highly recommend Nav

Nav is a one stop shop for all your business needs. If you need help structuring your business, building business credit, funding suggestions, or regulatory and compliance, Nav can assist you. I spoke with Melinda because I had question about the business credit card through Nav. Melinda was exceptional. She was able to answer all my questions, was knowledgeable about the product, and gave me clarity on what I needed clarity on. Nav’s platform is user friendly and very easy to navigate.

AVOID NAV PRIME

Nav.com provides a poor service with no real support. They don’t offer refunds or assistance, and you can’t even cancel a request without scheduling a call with a “specialist” who never calls. It’s ridiculous that such a basic process is made so inefficient. I do not recommend this company at all.

I had an issue with my name being spelled wrong. I called customer service and spoke with a customer rep by the name chad. He was very efficient. He solve the problem very quickly and was very professional and solve my problem very quickly
