My experience was great at NAV because…

My experience was great at NAV because this is a tool that I never knew about, NAV is helping me so much to grow and expand my business. I wish I knew sooner. I definitely recommend NAV to others and I will continue to be a member of NAV.

I had a pretty serious issue...

I had a pretty serious issue with my Nav Prime, but Sam S. walked me through everything and corrected the issues that needed to be done. Very professional and turned what could have been a bad situation into a pleasant one. I am appreciative that he was there to help me.

Nav customer service experience

I had the pleasure of speaking with Garrett to solve some issues with my new nav account. Garrett was professional and very knowledgeable, which made my call with him enjoyable. Within a few minutes, my account was running as it should. Great guy and left a positive impression I shall remember!

NAV helps keep me moving in the right direction with my business. Their site is easy to read and follow. I need to visit their site more often I’m missing out on great resources. Their customer service support is awesome also!!

Buyer Beware.

I don't like being auto-charged an annual subscription that I never signed up for an auto renew on. Any product, every time, I specifically cancel any auto renew. No. I don't remember what happened a year ago. I notice the charge, go to get it cancelled and reimbursed. Nope. No refunds. Fine, I'll go argue with my bank. Buyer beware.
