I was sent the wrong size. I will have to send the shoes to China to get a full refund. I have been offered a 20% refund.
The shoes are not the size I ordered and I can’t wear them.
This is a scam.

Would have given zero if possible.
I cannot believe I paid for these.
They are nothing like the picture.
I have e-mailed them and have received a reply saying they take my concerns seriously but I have submitted a complaint via PayPal too as I believe what they sent goes against the Trade description act so warrants a refund.
Not worth £5 .

I have received a reply via my PayPal submission. I have been offered a 50% refund through PayPal straight away or to get a full refund send back to China. I have accepted the 50% grudgingly because who knows how long, if ever, it would take.
I reiterated my opinion of this dreadful product. I will chalk this matter up to experience and never buy such a thing online again.

Absolute scam!!! The sandals were creased through dreadful packing and obvious poor quality. A fiver would have been too much as they really are unwearable. Dreadful material and white velcro fastening

This is as the other reviews say a scam Chinese web site, don’t believe the fake reviews, they always send sandals in smaller sizes, obviously no use , you are supposed to return them to Hong Kong Insured, no chance of getting your money back. Trading standards should have this company banned. Being a pensioner my money is precious I do not have spare cash to throw away, these people should be ashamed. I have put one star as it’s the lowest on the rating but would like to put minus 10 Star.

I have given one star because I cannot give 0. Absolutely shocking quality and I have well and truly been robbed of my hard earned money. Someone has to STOP these people!!!! Again wish I had researched more and as someone who always searches Trustpilot I am shocked and disappointed at myself that I have been scammed this time. They even have the audacity to put a 20% voucher in for your next purchase!!!! Yeah right don't think that will be happening any time soon. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!

£1 sandals sold for £39 not fit for purpose delivered in 2 weeks from china company registered in Hong Kong but using .co.uk. No chance of getting money back. It’s scandalous went through PayPal it’s a waste of time. I’m beginning to think that PayPal is a scam as well their money back guarantee is a waste of time. The goods are fraudulent a blatant misdescription. This company is making millions of pounds out of people by scamming them. I estimate this operation have made over 1.5million profit scamming people already.

Rubbish quality. Avoid. If you paid 10% of what they charge it would still be too much

Unfortunately I have to give them a star rating ,( but really don’t think they deserve any , except—0)
I sent for sandals ,paid £39.90 ,awaited delivery ,they arrived by yodel 2wks later ,omg what a mess they were ,cheap nasty plastic,white Velcro fastenings ( on black plastic ) ,wrongly sized ,very small width fittings ,sole hard as nails ,not as advertised
SO I emailed them straight away ,asking for a returns label and a FULL REFUND ,as the product wasn’t fit not fit for purpose .
They replied the next day ,I quote ( we will refund you 20% of purchase price you paid and you can keep the sandals) I replied as they were of no use to me I would like a 100% refund,and a free returns label .
They replied next day ,You Post them back to us in china ( making sure the parcel is insured and your order number is on outside of parcel) also you must pay the returns postage to us .
It’s a scam ,they need to be taken down off sites by Trading standards.

PLEASE DO NOT ORDER, THIS IS SCAM ! The sandals delivered after long time is what could be described as a toy and not wearable product. No resemblance to advertised product. I don't think it is worth more than 10p. This is typical scam where China based retailer hopes that number of people won't be bothered to dispute miss-sold products. I don't understand how Trading Standards cannot block these website of being displayed and credit card companies need to stop processing payments. shocking !

The goods ordered and received two weeks later were cheap and nasty, not worth 90p, let alone £39.90 I tried to return the goods and be refunded but was thwarted at every turn MY ADVICE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THIS RUBBISH

Naturstep are absolutely rubbish, if only I had read other Trustpilot reviews, as others have also had the same experience as me. I ordered, waited ages for a tatty package to arrive containing a screwed up pair of plastic "sandals" bearing no resemblance to the advertised picture. Their advert now seems to show that Jennifer Aniston wears "similar" sandals in order to lose weight. Naturstep should be taken off websites

What a load of garbage! My only positive thing to say is that It is a cautionary tale to me not to believe a) that UK in the name means they are based here b) that pictures accurately represent the product ordered c) to always check Trustpilot first and d) reviews posted direct on websites can quite possibly be codswallop. It was almost worth the loss of my money to reinforce these messages and I have kept the sandals to hand to remind me never to make this mistake again

Wish I’d read trustpilot first. Terrible quality sandals, shoddiest And have ever seen totally unwearable. A returns policy that says if in the uk you can’t return them. Complete scam. They go on about comfort and are making good money from people who look for orthopedic comfort by delivering pretend shoes, avoid. They are not fit for purpose.

I waited nearly 3 weeks for order to arrive. Shoes were not suitable asked for a return label - waited waited. Informed that I was sending them back to the UK address on the packaging. Made sure I got proof of delivery as well as paying for next day delivery. Still waiting for my total refund of £49.95. Have sent numerous email reminders. Emma says be patient. It is now 02/06/2025. Worst company to work with - once I GET MY REFUND I would not go near them, they do not keep their promise of no quibble return.

As a person with arthritis I was impressed by the advertising for the sandals.I ordered a pair and they came in a plastic bag via Yodel. In order to return I have to package, insure and send the sandals to a warehouse in China within 14 days. I will make sure everyone I meet know that this is not a company to trust.
Isn’t there a law about ‘fit for purpose’

Naturstep is a lying cheating company. I bought a pair of sandals. Firstly had to wait a few weeks for my order. When I received the order, the sandals are so badly made, uncomfortable, so I want to return them and get a refund. No answer from the support team. I have a feeling I will not get my money back.

It is disgusting that this company is allowed to blatantly keep sending advertisement to unsuspecting consumers their poor quality shoes, sandals.

I ordered 2 pairs of ergonomic sandals as advertised at a cost of £69 but when they arrived they were cheap plastic rubbish which were bin material. Communication with firm was woeful and no help given. Just thieves hiding behind Internet praying on genuine people.

I was going to order 2 pairs of sandals but nothing on the website tells you what they are made of. Thanks to the reviews on here I’ve decided to spend my money with a brand I can trust

I waited 16 days for a parcel when it finally arrived the shoes were cheap and to small.
When I told them they offered me £12 off what's the point of I cannot wear them.
Asked to return was then told it was to china and I must pay the return fee what a scam

Absolutely disgusted received sandals after 4 weeks. On opening the bag the smell of plastic and chemicals was so strong made the whole room smell. Sandals were definitely not worth £39 more like £5. They are plastic and the fit is awful. If I’d paid £5 then I expect it but not £39. Orthopaedic they are not, rubbish they are I am afraid, feel completely caught out. By the looks of it I’m not the only one.
