Ich werde den Fall der Polizei weiter geben und bei Paypal habe ich einen Fall eröffnet.
Ich hoffe ich komme schnell aus diesem Drama heraus ! Nie nie wieder !

naturesprings.co gilt nicht als seriös,

ich habe leider diese Erfahrung selbst gemacht.

Automatischen Abonnements ohne Zustimmung, nicht funktionierenden Kündigung und Fake-Rückgaberecht.

Die genaue Herkunft bleibt unklar, da kein klares Impressum in den Quellen erscheint.

Ursprünglich wollte ich eine Dose 30gr Shilajit bestellen. Durch die Preisaktion habe ich zwei Dosen bestellt - eine Gratis. Für mich nicht sichtbar habe ich wohl ein Abo abgeschlossen. Dieses würde wohl in den AGB stehen.
Jetzt kam eine weitere Lieferung und die Firma hat sich an meinem Paypalkonto mit knapp 90€ bedient. Problemfall eröffnet - keine Chance so paypal. Die neue Sendung habe ich annahme verweigert- und einem abo widersprochen auch in englischer Sprache. Eine Reaktion des Kundendienstes konnte ich nicht feststellen. Also nie niemals wieder dort bestellen. Für mich als Kunde ein Fallstrick und unseriöses Verhalten

Finger weg, die Geld zurück Garantie ist eine Falle und gilt wohl nicht für jedes Produkt. Irreführende Marketingstrategie. Holt es euch woanders.

WORST company I’ve ever dealt with and trust me I have dealt with some very bad companies over the years, but Nature Springs particularly stands out.

The product itself isn’t 100% pure and if you have any issues then good luck dealing with their support email. I’ve been trying to get a refund for over 4 months now and have sent them countless email. Still waiting to get an actual response and my money back.

The only responses I rarely get from them are typical apologetic emails that make me think, have you even read my email? because I’ve asked questions about my refund and no response to my questions. And ignoring my questions and apologising makes it even more frustrating.

I really wish I never ordered from them. Even the reviews on their website are fake, shows how much of a Fraudulent company this is.

Von drei bestellten Artikeln wurde nur einer geliefert.
Nach mehrmaligem nachfragen wurden weder die restlichen Artikel geliefert, noch bekam ich mein Geld zurück.

Après avoir reçu le shilajit j’ai demandé le certificat d’analyse correspondant au lot acheté. Il ne m’a pas été délivré. De plus je croyais avoir affaire à une entreprise située en Allemagne et mon colis est parti de la Pologne. Beaucoup de questions sur la qualité du produit que je n’ai pas encore entamé et que je pense le virer à la poubelle.

Après une longue attente, j'ai reçue quand-même mon colis.
J'en suis très contente, car après la troisième prise, je sens déjà une amélioration

Hé bien, j’attend désespérément ma commande du 13/06/2025 en espérant que ce site n’est pas frauduleux. J’ai encore envoyé une réclamation ce jour
pour la livraison du produit commandé ?

This is my second time ordering from this company and it has been a nightmare. I ordered 18 days ago, they took my money and I haven’t even had a delivery date yet. I emailed twice and they got back to me saying there were delays which I understand but it’s now been over two weeks with no knowledge of knowing when I am receiving my order. I have emailed 9 more times and no response. This is disgraceful

Ich habe am 29.04.25 zwei Döschen Shilajit plus ein Döschen gratis, für zwei Monate im Angebot für 53,92€ bestellt und nehme es seit 1 Monat. Ich habe keine Veränderung gespürt. Genau nach einem Monat, am 29.05.25 bekomme ich von Paypal eine Mail, dass wieder 3 Döschen bestellt und im Einzugsverfahren bezahlt wurden, dieses mal aber für 80,88€...ABBOFALLE Vorsicht und von wegen 30 Tage Geld zurück Garantie. Keine Reaktion auf meine 30 tägige Geld zurück Garantie. FINGER WEG, ABSOLUTER BETRUG. Jetzt wurde mir mitgeteilt, daß sich die 30 tägige Geld zurück Garantie nur auf den Kauf eines Döschen bezieht, das steht aber nirgends geschrieben. Man sollte den Verbraucherschutz einschalten.

Naturespring est une grosse anarque vous n'allez jamais recevoir ce produit.

I’m very disappointed with this product. It is completely unusable — the material is extremely stiff, even in a room at 25°C. It’s nearly impossible to use as intended.

To make things worse, support keeps stalling my request to return it. This has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I cannot recommend this product or the service.

J’ai commandé un pot de Shilajit mais j’ai écrit au service client pour demander des informations, notamment cuillère en métal dans le pot impossible d’utiliser le produit trop dur et j’aimerais avoir un certificat d authencite. Aucun retour. J’ai un doute sur ce produit, je pense que je vais l’envoyer à la brigade des fraudes pour analyse car c’est très suspicieux. Il serait tant que les ventes sur les sites soient homologuées par les services sanitaires pour protéger les citoyens
