Really happy with the service and products. Nature Shop had exactly what I wanted and the prices were good too. Would definitely use Nature Shop again.

I had been looking everywhere for a pair of UGG or Emu boots for my daughters birthday as she had asked for them. After days of trawling the net and becoming a little disheartened at the price these boots cost, I happened on the link for the Nature Shop, clicked on and, imagine my surprise when there before me was a list of Emu boots at very affordable prices. I was thrilled. Needless to say I immediately put in an order, processing went off without a hitch and delivery was smooth and fast, which isn't always the case when things come from the Uk to Ireland. My daughter was delighted with her new boots, and add to that I was also able to get them in a nice indigo blue colour which was unusual and more important, trendy. Thank you.

I can only warmly recommend Nature Shop if you need beautiful and super warm shoes for cold winter! I purchased a pair for me and one for my daughter and we both love them.

This order, as with every other order I have received from Nature Shop was very quick and delivered without any issues.
My daughters and several colleagues at work have also made purchases following my recommendation.

i have bought a lot on the net over the years, i knew that keen footware fitted with no dramas and came across nature shop, Well what can i say simply brilliant, they included a return label (just in case) - didnt need it. the price was fantastic ! i could not find cheaper or better than these guys and gals , please keep up the good work...Phil

I have used the excellent services of Nature Shop a few times and have had prompt and friendly service. Unfortunately my last order was delayed due to the items not being available although advertised on the web-site. Also on a previous order the items on the web site were wrongly priced. eg.

Other than the website problems the Nature Shop service has been excellent and I would certainly recommend them.

I've used Nature Shop for a few years now & have purchased a number of different products from them. I can't fault the customer service, advice & assistance from the team there who have been extremely friendly & helpful every time I've placed an order or made an enquiry.
With regard to the Icebreaker products, they're the best! I've replaced nearly all of my fleeces with Icebreaket baselayer, midlayer & outer layers & can't praise them highly enough. I spend a huge amount of time outdoors, climbing, cycling, trekking & working, & Icebreaker does everything I need it to without fuss & it is exceptionally comfortable & easy to care for.
Nature Shop is always my first & only choice for all my outdoor clothing & footwear needs!

Nature shop has always provided great customer service, good value for the products, and quick delivery. I was very happy with the speed at which my order was processed and despatched, which of course is great as then I get my lovely new clothes quicker.

My Snugs Tallulah Chestnut slippers are the warmest, cosiest and overall snuggliest slippers I have ever owned. In all the snow and rain we've had over the last few months, coming home, taking off my wet work shoes, and putting on my snugs 'cos my toes were freezing, was the best!

PS The Nature Shop is fab too - the first pair of these I ordered had a slight split in the seam; I had no problem in getting a replacement pair within three days. Thank you again.

I was directed to the company by a fellow cyclist, I was looking for base layers but then to my huge excitement I spotted that Icebreaker have started making a hoody that I had a few years ago but lost. With a great discount it was the same price as 2005 :)
I then saw that I could upgraded the delivery if I spent another £3 ( a pair of socks?) but ended up ordering a gorgeous pair of discounted boots. Whoops how did that happen!!

Anyhow, next day delivery and fabulous wool products have meant that I'm sure I will shop with Nature Shop again (when I get over the guilt of spending so much!!). I am really pleased with my purchases! Thanks

I was looking for a Patagonia Torrentshell Parka and found it at the lowest price in Nature Shop. Plus free shipping and 10% discount dispelled all last doubts. Although jacket has not arrived yet, I want to say that the service, prices and convenience of using store at the highest level. Thanks!

Bought pair of slippers as xmas present for wife, she stated that although they were very nice that they were not really for her.
I noticed a pair of trainers that I liked and an exchange was done wit no fuss or problems at all.

Natureshop it awesome online shop with great costumer service. I am very satisfied with an effort they put into making their costumers happy. I ordered the boots that were out of stock and they immidiately contacted me and offered me other models of boots for the same price as the ones i wanted, lady went to lot of troubles to find right number and color of the boots that were my second choice. I am very gratefull for refund of the fee that i had to pay the government for importing them in my country. All in all, i have only good things to say about natureshop. I will definitely order again and spread the good voice :)
