Easy to use website. Free delivery which was a bonus. I ordered a similar product from a different company online and paid £5.95 postage and they took twice as long to reach me as my order from Nature Shop. When I did have a query, Nature Store responded straight away with a personal email. I liked that. I emailed the link to my friend too.

Bought these 2 products when Nature Shop had an Icebreaker sale. The merino walking socks are soft and comfy and the lightweight merino T Shirt is a super buy. The latter accompanied me on a holiday across America a few months ago and I ended up sleeping in it while travelling in train sleeper cars. It made a perfect pyjama top since it kept me feeling cool but provided warmth if needed.

It is always a bit nervous ordering from abroad from a company you've never used before. But, I am very happy I did because Nature Shop seems to know what they are doing and I am very pleased with the clothes from Icebreaker that I bought!

I am very happy with this coat, although pricey the quality and cut are excellent, and the finish is a high standard it's warm and snug and feels luxurious. It will serve me well for years to come.

The order was easy to place. The free trackable delivery was quick, as always. Ice breaker products are great and good value from Nature Store.

I have owned an Icebreaker 260g Oasis Crewe long sleeve top for a few years now, which I tended to keep solely as a lovely warm layer when out on the slopes during my winter skiing holidays. But this was until I saw the light and became a true Icebreaker convert!!!! This is because I joined a local cycle group and started wearing my Icebreaker top on my weekly cycling trips, where I can be out on the welsh hills in all weathers, I noticed how comfortable my top was, and, how I didn't have to keep swopping layers like my fellow cyclists, who complained of being either too hot or too cold.... like Goldilocks, my icebreaker top kept me feeling just right! I have now started a crusade to convert my fellow cyclists into Icebreaker/Natureshop devotees just like myself, some of whom have been described as MAMILs (middle aged men in lycra) into SCIMs (snug cyclists in merino!). In the meantime I have been adding to my Icebreaker collection from Natureshop extending to both underwear (rush bra and boy shorts, also for use on my cycling outings - no more sweaty underwear for me!!), a beautiful 200g Oasis Crewe top in turf (a fabulously vibrant green colour) and a range of ski socks, hats and gloves for the whole family. I am regularly checking natureshop website for new items to add to my wardrobe, in particular the halo padded cycle shorts and cycle tops.

Good prices. Easy buying process. I took a great offer in a Vibram Fivefingers, a lot cheaper than usual.
One week to ship to Spain. So everything ok.
Just to complain a bit, it would be great to have a bigger catalog and some products in the kids barefoot shoes section.
Anyway, for sure I will buy again.
