I've bought in your website a pair of sorel nakiska slide.
After two weeks the parcel has never arrived to me. So I ask them and they refunded my money.... recommended.

After being quickly informed that my original order could not be met as the item I had ordered was no longer in stock, I was offered an alternative item and my requests for further information were dealt with extremely courteously and efficiently.

Ordered some boots but when they arrived, I didn't really like them. They were easily returned and replaced with a different pair. Returns process was quick and easy and communication was great. Would highly recommend this company.

In the last 3 weeks , I have placed 4 orders with natureshop.co.uk.....all EMU boots....6 pairs to be precise. ...given the great discount, I couldn't help myself. The first pair did not fit right and were returned...no questions asked. Thanks to the great service I continued to buy another four pairs for my three kids and my niece. The knee high sheepskin boots look too cute on my 2 year old. Thanks!

Hi , I received my emu boots, they look nice and color seems the same as on photo, they run little bigger then i expected, but still ok, the fur inside seems to be thinner then in my older emu boots, maybe emu brand now change fur thickibility ::)

The hat is very warm and looks lovely. The only downside for me is that it doesn't cover the whole ears, but it looks good despite that. Natureshop service - great as always.

This was my 5th order from you and definitely wont be the last! You have nice products, very good brands, reasonable prices and free shipping! Only one thing comes to mind as a negative point: please have more sizes in your Patagonia clothes and Emu shoes: usually mine and my husbands sizes are out of stock (both have Medium) and in shoes 38. If you'd had more sizes, the more we customers could order. :) Anyway, I will continue as a happy customer and I will recommend your company to my friends (not only because of your new earn credits campaign! :) )

This was my first order @natureshop and first orders with companies i dont know yet always makes me a bit sceptical. What if? I read the reviews and they were all great.
So I ordered and i'm very content: Within 3 days I got my order. Fantastic. Wo'nt hesitate one sec to place another order!

I have used natureshop a good few times, getting orders delivered in Italy and Ireland and the service has always been perfect, very quick and accurate.

The 365 days exchange policy is great, especially when buying for kids.

The only time I had to ask for a tax refund (boots were sent from NZ) i received my money almost immediatly!

I would recommend natureshop without hesitation and I am looking forward to more shopping with them! :-)

This is my first experience of nature Shop. All I can say is they were a joy to work with.
I bought boots for my daughter which turned out to be too big. I phoned the customer help desk to ask about replacing with a smaller size. The young lady was brilliant (Caroline). Not only did she arrange to have the new one's sent but organised a small refund that was due on the old boots. That was before I have even sent the old ones back. Now there is trust you don't see very often. I returned the old boots today (with no charge) with a thank you note enclosed.
I would highly recoment this company. The quality of the boots is excellent.
