Great customer service
I have used this site several times. I am happy with the product and I have never had problems with the delivery, which is usually pretty quick. Unfortunately, I have had some technical issues with the site itself, as it fails to apply discount codes received via email. Following a bad review I left because of this, I was probably contacted by their customer service and a partial refund to cover the discount that had not been applied, and I was offered further discounts as an apology. They were very kind and followed up consistently. I am leaving 4 stars now just because of the site itself, which keeps being a bit inconsistent for me (I use the browser on my iPhone), but the products themselves are good, the delivery is fast and the customer service is excellent.

Stop asking for a review
Please stop asking me to complete feedback I take this supplement because my functional therapist tells me too. I have no idea if it helps or not.

Customs issue
Product and shipping were good - shipping was very expensive and when a request was made by Australian customs for further details, I understand no response was given so the goods were held up in customs until I queried where they were.

Great choice of products
Great choice of products. I have bought milk thistle from here for years and the price has always been competetive. The packaging is always great and items are really secure inside.

Fresh products and rapid dispatch
My first order from this site was received within 2 days of ordering. The supplements have a long use by date, which is important to me, especially when buying larger sizes. The price was lower than other sites, and because I spent over £45 delivery was free. I will definitely be back for more supplements from this site
