Nature's Fix has excellent customer service! I used to have to buy several products I need from a European company with heavy shipping costs, because I couldn't get all the products in the UK. However, Nature's Fix offered to stock the item I couldn't get here so now I can get all the products together from one UK company without the shipping costs. In addition, Nature's Fix offers a discount for having an account. Thank you Liam from the Customer Service team for all your help :)

This order was received within 16 working days travelling from UK-Canada via post. We do offer expedited courier services for future, typically around 3-4 working days.

Extremely slow shipping outside of UK
Extremely slow shipping outside of UK. I ordered item on the 12th and I am still waiting for the item on the 22nd. The item was shipped but they are using the slowest possible method.
Revised: quick customer response to email and coincidentally the item arrived the following day.
