SUPER Customer Service
During shipping my order was damaged and I never received my order. It was sent back by the carrier to NaturaMarket. I emailed NaturaMarket and they assured me they would replace my order. My concerns were addressed professionally, promptly and the customer service team was very polite. NaturaMarket has excellent customer service.

I placed my order with Natura and selected next day delivery.The next day I received notification my package had been delivered to me.I checked my front door and surrounding area.There was no package.I communicated with Natura by email (the only means available) and advised I had not received my package despite the delivery notification to the contrary. I also reached out to the delivery company. The next day both Natura and the delivery company confirmed my package had been delivered to the wrong address(I had sent pictures of the delivery address as they were attached to the delivery notification I received).They said they were investigating and would try to retrieve the package. I said I want a new delivery immediately and would not accept an incorrectly delivered package now because I had no way of confirming the contents had not been tampered with. Natura did not respond.I came home today to an open box at my front door from Natura.I immediately wrote to them once again noted I would not accept an open box and asked them to have their delivery people attend to pick up the open box.I requested a refund.They have not responded

They should get 0 stars. I ordered Dec 2, says it shipped Dec 3 and never arrived by Dec 16 so I reached out to inquire as their tracking info never worked. I had ordered frozen items intending to use over the holidays. On Dec 23 they told me they would reship my order after Christmas on Dec 29 to avoid any more potential delays. It did not supposedly reship until Jan 5 then Jan 6 I get an email saying due to carrier delays they’ll ship it Jan 7. Then Jan 8 they tell me because of snow in Winnipeg they can’t ship it to me. Throughout all this all they offered for the issues was $5 store credit and only because I asked them what they could do. And they kept trying to get me to take a store credit for my full order amount instead of actually receiving my order. I kept asking for a refund to my original payment method and they finally agreed to on Jan 9 but shorted me $4.99. What a joke this has been! Their customer service is awful!
Received damaged goods from the cold.
My cans of pop all arrived damaged, frozen, one was open, my coffee syrup leaked all over the bag. They said you order at your own risk in the winter and did not refund me for the damaged goods.
TERRIBLE SHIPPING & CUSTOMER SERVICE
I have ordered from them in the past and never had any issues until now. I placed an order that had both chilled/frozen items and regular items so it shipped in two different boxes, both showing that expected delivery was December 23. The chilled order showed up on December 24, by the time I got the package and opened it not only was everything defrosted but the pickle products I purchased leaked and everything now smells like pickles. The other items didn’t deliver until December 27, and in the package one of my items was completely crushed. I reached out to their customer service and they have been nothing less than extremely unhelpful. I sent a picture of the damaged item and they proceeded to ask me to send pictures of the other items…how does sending a picture of some thing I put back in the freezer or that is covered in pickle juice prove anything? I tried to explain this to them and they replied with telling me they could offer store credit. When I replied saying I didn’t want store credit and a refund, ‘Chris’ refunds the one damaged item and completely leaves everything else unaddressed. When I advised him of this he AGAIN sends the same robotic message asking for more pictures. Completely abysmal customer service.
Eventually I did receive a refund for the chilled items that were damaged and the one other damaged item but it was painful getting there to say the least. Would avoid ordering them if you can, there are other health food retailers that are more reliable.
No Accountability
I recently placed an order with Natura Market that included carbonated beverages. When I opened my package, 3 out of 6 cans had exploded, leaking over the rest of my order. The remaining cans were dented and questionable.
I live in a condo with an indoor mailroom, so the package should not have been exposed to outdoor temperatures after delivery. The damage clearly occurred during transit.
When I contacted customer service, I was told this was expected due to winter temperatures and that Natura Market cannot guarantee safe delivery of carbonated beverages in winter. They cited a disclaimer on the product page about cold temperatures potentially affecting texture or appearance — and then refused any compensation.
To be clear: this was not a minor change in texture or appearance. The product exploded and was unusable. That is a fundamental failure of the product reaching the customer in sellable condition.
If Natura Market knows that freezing temperatures can cause cans to rupture, then they should either:
suspend sales of these items in winter, or
package and ship them appropriately
Instead, they sell the product and place all risk on the customer when it predictably fails. Such deplorable business practice.

Had an issue with a delivery.No way to contact anyone except via email.The delivery was left in some random spot.I have photo proof from the delivery company but this photo proof had natura market wash their hands of it and instruct me to look for this package which was left somewhere.I don't even know where.

I highly recommend Natura Market and order from it regularly. The customer service I received from Chris was outstanding and I felt like a very valued customer.

Misleading Delivery Times.
I ordered some products from Natura Market because they offered a delivery same say option by 10PM. It is now 2PM the next day and my order still says 'Processing' and I have not received anything. I have reached out to them but have not yet received a response. When I googled it said that they do not deliver on Sundays. Why then do you have a same day delivery option on a Sunday? This is very misleading. I ordered the products because I needed them on that particular day. Now I am not so sure that I want them anymore. Very poor behavior and very misleading.

My only downfall is pricy products so I can’t buy as many things as I’d like because I love the selection of items.
Rancid nearly out of date products
Received my order of crackers with just 3 weeks prior to expiry date! Against their own policy! Taste was rancid and the product inedible.
Refused to refund or change.
Will not buy from them again.
My First Choice for Healthy Products
Firstly and foremost I would be remiss not to give huge accolades to Natura Market for their outstanding, polite, caring and helpful customer care. Emails and/or telephone messages are responded to with immediacy and every effort is taken to assist you with any issue and/or question you may have. As well, huge thanks to those who go above and beyond to package orders incredibly secure to ensure products arrive in pristine condition. Processing and delivery times are also very fast.
Natura Market is my go-to for ALL my dairy-free, grain-free, gluten-free, sugar-free products. Their huge assortment of products for any and every diet is available at extremely competitive pricing. There are also a plethora of Canadian made products which we all know is extremely important to support. In addition, Canadian products are beautifully made and very health conscious.
I make at least 3-4 orders per month for G. Hughes (sugar and gluten free) outstanding sauces, Konjac Rice, Quest Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, ZoRaw Chocolate (52 gram bar with a miniscule 3 net carbs of sumptuous, creamy chocolate), Sana Chocolates, Chosen Food Products and much, much more). Everything you need is at Natura Market and is always fresh with excellent expiry dates (far beyond the purchase time).
Natura Market far surpasses any other online and/or brick and mortar shop in the marketplace. Luvvvvvvvv my Natura Market!!

How great to find an online Canadian business that I did not know. I will thank the Flipp app for that. Natura Market has an excellent, top-notch, broad selelction of brands - I took my time searching specific brands then I got browsing more fully. The website is smooth and updates well. Great Online Store / Amazing Customer Service
I’ve ordered several times from Natura Market. Navigating the website is super easy and intuitive.
Their customer service is outstanding when it comes to product questions/concerns. I had concerns about products being tagged as ‘Vegan’ when the Nutritional Fact sheet showed 5g of cholesterol, which is exclusively found in animal sources. I got an immediate response (same day) saying they would look in to this, and to not purchase the product until they get back to me.
The next day they followed up confirming the products were in fact vegan.
Apparently even if a product is NATURALLY high in Saturated Fat, over 2.5g, Canadian nutrition labeling regulations state that a minimum of 5mg of cholesterol must be declared on the label. I was not aware of that, and Natura Market was fast and thorough with investigating and addressing my concern.
