One of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with…

The sales rep with the initials HC, HC couldn’t be bothered returning my calls as a new client, I had to chase her. After several calls I received a response.

Then when I finally got the premium package, nothing works properly the platform is full of bugs and I was in constant communication with the support team to get things fixed.

Over time I noticed other features weren’t working, and when I asked support about this they said it was perfectly normal and they had to switch the features I requested on. A very strange response when I bought the premium package that was supposed to have everything included…

Overall, the company is full of dishonest people who are peddling a premium price for a poor platform. Avoid this platform, the amount of time you waste on it is more than you earn from it…

Have been with them 15yrs and have watched their quality of service digress substantially over the last 2yrs...
I paid my account 49 days ago thinking my ad was live.. not so..they "forgot" to make it active.
They have changed their main line phone number 3 times and when you call now regarding a problem you get a Manilla call centre.
Would not recommend.
All care and no responsibility and the manager " Micheal " is never available to speak to...

Hi. Nobody got back to me. I understand, it's probably because of xmas.

I have been an advertiser with NTPages UK for over 10 years, in fact since they first started their UK site. Recently they have cancelled my page/closed my account for no good reason (saying I haven't paid my subscription - which is not due until 28 October 2021, and it is only now 21 October 2021. I can get no answer from them either via email to the "support team" (although I have made at least 8 attempts and the online message promises an email response) or from their London office by phone (it is constantly "busy"). As an early subscriber I was always near the top of the listings (which was their promise that I would always stay in that position) - now my listing has vanished completely and I can't login to my account, even if I wanted to pay their subscription renewal invoice! Don't know what's happened. Not happy at all. As the previous person says, it is quite expensive for little action, but I was led to believe they had implemented a number of updates and changes over the last few months. No way to take advantage of that now. If someone at NTPages UK is actually THERE (rather than a robot), please could they contact me as a matter of urgency. My listing was/is called ENERGESSENCE. Having recently moved back to Brisbane after fifteen years away I found the website to be very useful as I have been able to find natural therapists in my area.

I want to be honest here, the idea behind this site is decent, but after having been upsold a higher plan, in a year I have received no referrals, only a number of marketing calls from third parties despite being located in a busy area of a major city.

An offshored support experience that can take a week to respond is all you get with canned answers that don't match your query and if you call and actually speak to someone, its the same. Here they don't seem to be able to offer anything useful except to reset the profile or claim they have referred to another team like SEO who never answer anyway after the weeks go by.

Despite following all their steps and suggestions from the go, it has taken 6 weeks to be able to actually speak to a manager for basically the same canned replies where it was finally confirmed that yes I had done it all right, but tough luck. The manager couldn't even offer me a personal response on their own email or give me a direct number and no doubt another canned response will be pasted below this review on Trustpilot soon.
Another example of how lame this platform is was an earlier incident saw images missing from my profile for months for some unexplainable reason that took ages to resolve until they found the fault. Again no remorse or compenation.

Maybe it will work for you, but the CMS they built this on feels ancient now with so much you cannot do yourself and achieved nothing in SEO for me in 12 months despite multiple profiles within different practice areas in the plan I was sold, and I often didn't even appear in searches in my area for these obvious modalities within the platform. In 2021 where SEO and SEM rank in Google is god, I'm sorry but what exactly am I paying so much for?

So good luck if you decide to pay the comparatively high fees as there ain't gonna be no care or refund once you are paid ahead for a year and your 2 days (yep!) cool off is up. To put it in perspective, I pay for other services that work hard for me, get me clients and actively engage SEO and SEM. That's really what I had hoped for here from a broader holistic lens, but my experience, correct me if I am wrong, has been this is just an expensive classified site on a dated CMS that is just happy to collect the cash and channel marketing emails to viewers while doing little for its subscribers that give it a pulse. Never again.

One provider didn't even bother to respond

I made initial contact with my chosen practitioner. She responded quickly and I had an appointment with her the next week.

I tried to booking process was not user friendly and when I spoke to the company they told me to get a refund.
