A bit disappointed as some of the pots had broken and the powder had emptied out into the packaging so when I opened the package it all fell out.

Received my order of skinny juice and bottle within 2 days of ordering which was earlier than expected. I got the strawberry and lime flavour which is lovely. As it’s early days will see how it goes.

Order arrived yesterday so no reviews yet. Disappointed that after I ordered there was a discount code in an email which would've given me 20% off.

It would appear that my previous excitement of fantastic customer service was short lived. I’ve had a few issues with orders since my initial review which I’ve had to constantly chase for a resolution. The latest issue hasn’t been resolved and I’ve had no reply to my email. To say I am disappointed is an understatement.

I used this company about 8 years ago and lost a good bit of weight. I went from a 14 down to a 10 in 8 weeks (raspberry keystones only).
Since then due to a change of circumstances I have put the weight back on plus more so I’ve gone back to this company to see what products they have now.

I started with skinny juice which is AMAZING - the energy I have with it is like night and day compared to before I drink it. I’m a few weeks in and a few lbs down with more energy and I sleep like a log. I also use the patches.

I ordered appetite suppressants last week with express delivery which was sent out as expected but there was an issue with the courier collecting it which delayed delivery at my end. NBS called me and gave me a code for free express shipping on my next order - I thought this was lovely and the person on the phone was just so nice and didn’t make me feel like I was being an inconvenience. I deal with couriers and other companies through my job and these days peoples customer service skills seem to have vanished, so it’s just so amazing that this company haven’t lost their warm and friendly manners.

I wanted to try something else (I can’t get enough of these products) as I sit at my desk working all day and don’t get to move much, I contacted NBS on messenger and was given helpful advice straight away. Again, very friendly and happy to answer all my questions.

The products are amazing but the customer service experience is above and beyond. If you want to use their products but aren’t sure just reach out and ask them.

Was on it a week, but ended up having horrendous stomach ache after drinking the skinny juice. I stopped and immediately my stomach pains stopped so I could only think it was the skinny juice I also gained 1lb whilst I was drinking this stuff. So overall not a good result for me.

2nd week taking vita tan 7 sun bed sessions and im starting to see a difference iv bought another tub to get me upto my hols

Never received my goods and had a mare of time sorting it out with head office. Still not sorted. Sadly disappointed with the whole experience.

After years of trying different products I cannot believe I've finally found something that works. Found skinny juice by accident on the laybuy app. I'm a week in- one full scoop first thing in the morning, I've got loads of energy, feel great and more importantly my snacking has ground to a halt. I cannot recommend this highly enough and will be continuing until I'm back in a size 10/12. This product works ❤️

They arrived super quick I’ve only been using them for 2 days so far but I’ve done 10 mins on the sunbed and can honestly say they are working already

Started on skinny juice and diet patches on Monday, it's now Thursday and I've lost 4lbs and 2 inches off my waist, and I've got more energy. I am over the moon and its given me the incentive to keep going to get to where I want to be. I will be purchasing again.
