It was sent to me from Mississauga, Ontario, so why not return it there? I purchased it from shopifyemail.com Now I'm finding that was a big mistake. Plus I never received a recite so I don't even know how much I'm being charged for? Is it in Canadian or US Funds?

Es wird sich kaum etwas bessern. Es ist wohl eine Betrügerfirma, auf deren Machenschaften ich leider auch hereingefallen bin.

Mail à Smart TV 31 jours après ma commande le jour de la réception du colis :"Je viens de recevoir ma commande après un mois à deux jours près. A l'origine, j'avais commandé un appareil avec l'option commerciale à 50€ en cochant la case correspondante et vous m'aviez répondu avec une à facture à 102,99€ + 39,99€ en différé d'une heure de frais de portage soit 142,98€ au lieu des 50€ annoncés et cela en ajoutant un geste commerciale sous la forme d'un appareil supplémentaire. J'ai donc tenté ma chance puisque j'ai 2 TV à mon domicile.
Selon votre formule "satisfait ou remboursé", je suis aux regrets de vous demander de me rembourser car je n'ai reçu qu'un seul appareil et je suis dans l'impossibilité de le connecter à ma Wifi tout comme à ma TV Sony Bravia assez récente avec quatre prises HDMI et 4 prises USB. Votre mode d'emploi est imprimé en caractères minuscules pratiquement illisibles et quasiment incompréhensibles.
J'ai installé deux appareils chromecast il y a quelques années sur mes deux TV et je n'avais eu aucun problème car le fabriquant fournissait un mode d'emploi d'installation rapide et didactyle où à chaque clic apparait une case à cocher ou à remplir jusqu'à l'installation complète...
Votre produit est l'objet d'une publicité mensongère signalant l'intérêt que nous n'avons pas besoin de connexion wifi et qu'il passe par les satellites sans abonnement. Or, en essayant de l'installer, il impose une connexion wifi et toute action amène une incitation à souscrire plusieurs applis chacune étant payante. Cela m'amène donc à la conclusion qu'il s'agit d'une arnaque pour ne pas dire une escroquerie.
Sans réponse de votre part d'ici 48h, je considèrerais que vous ne souhaitez pas me rembourser et je transmettrais votre arnaque aux services de police informatique et tous les forums dédiés à votre sujet bien que déjà saturés d'informations négatives..."
--- Réponse négative de leur part au prétexte que le délai est dépassé alors que j'ai reçu le colis le jour même de la fin du délai alors que l'envoi de Chine remontait au 24/12/2025, la commande était le 19/12/2025 et le colis reçu le 21/01/2026. J'ai découvert ce jour une "alerte arnaque" de la revue "Que Choisir" sur ce produit de techno mag et nativediscount confirmant qu'il s'agit d'une escroquerie...

Ich hatte etwas gekauft, bezahlung über Nativediscount, seither wird jeden Monat 3,99€ abgebucht von meinem Konto. KEINE Reklamation wird beantwortet, NICHTS! ich muss jetzt wohl meine Bankverbindung löschen und einen Neue mach mit neuer EC Karte für 30,-€ damit diese Abbuchungen ins leere laufen!

Warning: do not order and buy with/via/from this 'company' which is simply a money collecting gang... there is no other name for people who cash your money and never deliver anything as it happens to me ... . so, check before you order: nativeDiscount, this is another fraud and cheater....
- check the trustpilot before you order ... you order, but nothing happens.
You call and you write ... they changing their telephone number several times.

I have ordered one smart TV, on the check out I was charged for 2+1 pcs. I said fine. But, unfortunately they did not deliver inspite of my repeated follow ups and tracking. The 17 Track app shows that the item was not picked up from their warehouse in Netherlands!!!
I think they are a scam. I don't know how to retrieve my money around 103 us dollars. Very frustrated.

I bought this product expecting to be able access all channels when I go on holiday. BIG MISTAKE, tried using it on my tv s at home so I could find out how to use it
When I connected it to my tv one of the fittings did not connect correctly so the item didn’t work, so I tried to contact the dealer asking for a refund or replacement, I was informed that I could send it back to china and pay postage myself or have 30 per cent . chose the refund as this company seems be not very customer friendly, also I paid £40 for this item, when I looked on site I could find the same item for £10, also I don’t you can access all the channels like advertising states, so please avoid this company

1 Chromecast geleverd maar dubbel in rekening gebracht, en van mijn creditcard afgeboekt.
Volgens handleiding eerst verbinden met PC of MacBook. Vervolgens koppelen aan je router maar dan herkent apparaat het juiste wachtwoord niet (of sluist het door?) Verdacht?
En pas op: als je niet uitkijkt zit je ook nog aan een abonnement vast.

I bought a product from nativediscout.com which I paid for `in full' at the time of purchase. And since that `corrupt company' has been withdrawing a sum of $5.91 [au] from my visa debit card for the past two months! So firstly the product didn't do what it should have as televised on media and now some theiving swine at native discount.com is scamming me. It's this sort of behaviour here in Australia we are absolutely sick of and our government's are doing nothing to stop it from happening. I am on a low income as a result of personal injury which I receive a minimal social security benefit from the tax payers of the country. I want this matter taken extremely seriously and warn everybody to avoid having anything to do with both native discount.com and more broadly avoid doing online business with all foreign companies who for the most part `cannot be traced' if an issue arise....
To say that I am angry about this is an understatement, I am in fact irate.

doesn't even warrant 1 star, but that was the least i could give, to write my review. I ordered buy 2 and get 1 Free, I have received only 1 of the items a so called 'built in sat nav.' It is basically a screen grab and does no more, it tells you too download an 'all cast' app to turn your phone into a tv remote. This you had to pay for to get it, and still does not work. Total rip off and still wating for a full refund!
