Overall a good experience.
Lily was lovely throughout the entire process and the rep, Giles that came to visit us was also very kind and professional. Fast efficient decision making. My only minor gripe is that I felt like the underwriters moved the goalpost a couple of times in terms of their requirements but even then I was able to provide everything they needed so it all worked out.
