A quick and expert service
The windscreen got chipped by a stone thrown up off the road.
I contacted National Windscreens via my insurers and arranged an appointment for a few days time.
On the date of the appointment, the operatives contacted me to advise of their arrival time.
The process was explained to me, vehicle details were logged and the repair effected within approx 30 minutes.

Very poor experience
In December, I had my vehicle’s windscreen replaced by National Windscreens. During the installation, the technician scratched the A-pillar paintwork. While I accepted this as accidental damage, what followed was far more serious.
Over the Christmas and New Year period, the vehicle suffered significant water ingress from the corner of the newly fitted windscreen. It is important to note that the car had no water leaks prior to National Windscreens carrying out the replacement. The resulting damage was extensive, requiring the removal of seats, carpets, and insulation to dry and rectify the interior. This was both time-consuming and costly.
A replacement windscreen was not available until 14 January 2026, as Nationwide Windscreens advised that removing the existing screen could cause it to crack. When the technician attended to remove the screen and identify the source of the leak, the Worcester branch began attributing the issue to other factors, including rust and a panel gap. These explanations appear to be attempts to deflect responsibility rather than acknowledge faulty workmanship, particularly given the absence of leaks before the original installation and that the refitment of the screen now does not leak!
The time and effort required to repeatedly correspond with the customer service department, attempt to resolve the water damage, and defend what are clear facts has left me extremely dissatisfied. As a result of Nationwide Windscreens’ refusal to accept liability for their poor workmanship, I now have no option but to pursue restitution through the small claims court.
This experience has been deeply disappointing and has left me with a very poor impression of National Windscreens’ workmanship, accountability, and customer service.

Excellent and friendly service
Had my windscreen replaced by these guys due to crack appearing and done through the insurance. Really easy process booking and paying excess, then really friendly on arrival and done really quick considering we left it there and were in no rush. Would definitely recommend.

No issues at all with the replacement…
No issues at all with the replacement centre in fact they exceeded my expectations. The initial call centre operator on the other hand was just like a disinterested robot and left me with negative thoughts on what i was going to experience! Thankfully i was wrong!
