Just poor service..
Booking proved to be a problem bumped off chosen slot at last minute took a week to book new one.
Demands for payment before work done.
Surly rude staff unhelpfull when dropping off and collecting.
If National Windscreens were not my insurers prefured firm i would have gone elseware.. not recomendable

Dislike. The fact the auto wiper’s sensitivity isn’t what it was before the screen was replaced. I believe the calibration or cheap parts have been used.

Poor depot management.
Well, where do I start. Should have had an AM appointment. Late. The two technicians were good, except one cut through my my hardwired dash-cam.
They did come and tell me immediately and said they would report it to their manager in Worcester.
He would contact me to see about getting my car repaired. That’s when problems started, I waited the rest of that day, no phone call. I tried ringing Worcester, and got put through to a help line. Explained the problem to them, they said they would email Worcester for the depot manager to contact me. Still no phone call. So I tried again, again I got put through to the help desk. Again they said they would email Worcester and mark it urgent. Again no phone call. Again I phoned, but this time was put through to there customer service. Customer service, at first tried to get out of the situation.
In the end I’ve had to go my own garage to get something sorted.
I had been to Halfords, who fitted it in the first place.
But Halfords policy apparently has now changed or something. Either way, they were most unhelpful.
After all my travels between Halfords and my own garage. The windscreen people have agreed to pay an extra £25 on top of repairs. Which I have to pay and claim back. The saga continues!!!

Very nice fitting procedure.
As soon as I turned up for my appointment someone greeted me, I was told who was fitting the new windscreen and then spoke with the fitter who professionally advised me and answered my questions, I felt confident my car was in good hands. On returning to collect my car I was very happy with the new windscreen and it was fitted perfectly, my car received no damage. Overall I was very impressed and happy with National Windscreens.
