Poor finishing touches
Overall experience was okay
Waiting room is uncomfortable but they did provide nice hospitality
When I got my car back, the dash was full of debris and dirt, as a customer I feel they should wipe this away as part of the job
Additionally, after driving for a while the mirror box was not attached properly and fell down, it took me 15 minutes to get it right, and they accepted to leave a huge gap and not put back properly
Finishes touches for me were poor

I tried calling the company for almost an hour to request a photo of the damaged windscreen. No one answered my call. The next issue was that I didn't receive the invoice for the windscreen replacement, even though it was supposedly sent to my email address. Third, the car was returned to me in terrible condition. The front side pillars near the windscreen are covered in some black substance on both sides. The plastic parts covering the sensors between the mirror and the windscreen are installed incorrectly, creating a gap and making noise while driving.

Prompt service, clear instructions around timings - so I could plan whether to leave the vehicle or stay and wait.
Once done, clear post install instructions meant I drove away without any issues

Great service when I managed to get…
Great service when I managed to get booked in.
Making the booking itself was challenging to arrange as they only have morning and afternoon drop offs and cannot be more specific than this. Had to use annual leave to get windscreen assessed and then more to get replaced. Would be great to have more flexibility with booking.
Staff and service received was of a good quality though.
