I had my car booked originally booked…
I had my car booked in originally. But when I turned up it was the wrong windscreen for my car. I then waited over two/three weeks for the new one to supposedly turn up. Whilst in the meantime constantly calling for any updates. I found the some of the customer care team rude and condescending. Then as I said they had another in. I turned up and again was the wrong one. It was only by luck that the regional manager and a bloke doing an audit who managed to locate the exact one from the Peterborough depot.
But overall not a good experience. And this is not the first time it has happened either. Suggest in future you make sure you have the correct one. It was very frustrating
