it was great very quick only down side was told it could be upto 4hrs so wife had to have day off to pick me up but went to have breakfast and was done in an hour (not moaning it was quick lol)

Fault rectified quickly
Windscreen was fitted efficiently and on time. The only problem was that several days later I noticed a deep cut in the lining on a door pillar. NW were amazingly quick to sort this out, fitting a new trim at my home two days later. I would recommend this company.

It was an easy and straight forward process to get sorted. The windscreen was replaced quickly and looks exactly like before. The customer service was also great.

The fitting was superb
The fitting was superb, quick and very professional. The frustration came when the payment was taken from my account TWICE !!!.
Having made you aware that you had done this it took 3 days for you to repay the money and not once did anyone contact me to update me with what was happening.

Repair made no difference
The chip is still highly visible and looks unchanged other than there is a clear circle of the solution partly covering it, I understand the chip would never disappear but the fact that I can see the solution they put on and it doesn’t even cover the whole chip means I’m disappointed. Two stars as the guy was nice and they turned up early in the morning that I requested so it was out of the way.
