Great service, called in simply for an opinion as to whether I needed a repair or replacement, was told a repair was all that was needed and it could be done there and then. Excellent!

Informative and on time! Great
The technician rang me about 30 minutes away, saying he was on his way, 25 minutes later he knocked on the door.
He asked if I was using the car that afternoon, if so what time. I said want using the car at all.
He told me it would take around x time.
When he finished the window, knocked again and said completed.
He gave me instructions on when the windscreen could get rain and when I could use a power washer. Etc.
Very good service.

Had issues but definitely Customer Service focussed
Like I imagine many others, I ended up at National Windscreens via my car insurance windscreen cover - having suffered a large impact on the motorway.
Got a quick appointment at the local branch - dropped off as requested.
When I collected the car after having its new screen fitted (a BMW 320) and made my way home, I noticed that the dashboard was In nighttime mode - i.e. with the dash dimmed and my Headlights fully on.
This was mid afternoon so something had gone astray with the sensor refit in the screen. I also wasn't convinced the rain sensor was working as it should do as when activated into " auto - mode ", the wipers ran non stop despite in not raining.
Upon return to the local branch the staff were great. Looked immediately at re-fitting the sensor array, noting that on this new screen it seemed to require a lot of the fitting gell to get it flush on this screen ( non BMW screen used ).
This seemed to marginally imrove both sensitivity issues but it still not back to how it worked prior.
The fitter suggested it could simply be that the screen was a fractionally different contour or thickness and suggested re-booking in for an alternate brand of screen to be fitted.
This was booked for an at-home appointmentna few days later and attended promptly by Carl, the same fitter who fitted the original replacement.
The second screen seems to have solved the issues but I am not driv9ng the car for a month or so having the day after that, undergoing a knee replacement.
I was assured that if the problem remained, they would look at using another alternate windscreen.
Cant failt the customer service and commitment from National Windscreens on this issue.
Fitting each time took about an hour. No mess. Tidy work. Friendly staff.

Quick and easy from start to finish. Maybe just warn the person collecting the car that there might still be glass in the footwells when they pick the car up after a screen replacement

Excellent service and turnaround time
My windscreen cracked on the Tuesday and Thursday of the same week was replaced. Booking was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful

Easy to book and use
Easy to book and use, with friendly service and updates regarding booking. We left the car and returned a couple of hours later when we received a call to say that the car was ready. Great service and very friendly helpful people. The car was in perfect condition, and after care provided.

The workmen were very efficient and quick. On time and left everything clean and tidy. The only bad thing was having to wait a little longer to get appointment due to manning which can't be helped.

Appalling service
Wrong screen fitted, HUD not working properly, Interior damaged, broken glass left in car. Unhelpful attitude by depot team. Can't get through on telephone.

From start to finish the guys were very helpful and professional in getting my windscreen replaced, I arrived a good 40 minutes before my appointment time and the guys got on it almost immediately, a little over an hour later and the new screen was in and the systems were calibrated and I was on my way home.
