Volvo XC40 heated screen so ADAS complications meant I had to drop the vehicle off, get picked up and taken back when the car was ready. So 3 x 22 mile round trips overall.
However the job was done well and quite quickly with no damage to paintwork or trim. The inside of the new screen was left a bit smeary but that’s the only criticism.

Rang up multiple times before my…
Rang up multiple times before my appointment to confirm the total will be £135 and they agreed, on the day i was charged £175 so I called up to be refunded the difference and a week later still nothings happened. Now I try calling and can’t get through

Quick and painless. So professional!
From start to finish the process was well explained, quick, and painless.
It was ironic that the chip in the windscreen happened on the way to a cruise holiday. Which then led us to the next problem, no access to the car during the cruise but this wasn't an issue and Darren came out to our house 3 days after getting back. We were told of the costs and possibility of it not working (due to the location of the chip) over the phone but Darren worked his magic and to be honest I can't see it from the driving seat at a all.
Ours was done with insurance so £25 was a small price to pay.
I'm really happy with the speed, price, and service I received and would recommend National Windscreens to anyone with a similar issue.

Appreciated Service and Perseverance
I have just used the services of National Windscreens to replace a rear window of my Honda Civic that was shattered by a flying bolt ejected from a maintenance companies sit down mower ! To the credit of the experienced fitter ( Darren from the Portsmouth Branch ) noticed that the glass supplied had a "warped buckle" preventing the glass from fixing safely and rejected the fit. Same issue happened on the second attempt but third time lucky and changed supplier perfect replacement. Appreciated their professionalism as a company and team to keep me well informed and to persevere to get things right !

The lady on the phone explained things carefully and enabled me to sort out my windscreen effortlessly.
Matt, at the Portsmouth branch fitted the new screen. He was very friendly and helpful and did a really good job. He even recommended a coffee shop which was also friendly and gave excellent service and coffee.

Replacement Windscreen
Greeted by very peronable individual who told me he was going to be fitting my new windscreen. Explained how the process would work-all good
However on returning to collect my vehicle was advised that although the new windscreen had been fitted the job could not be marked as complete as it had not been possible to reset all the codes on the on board information system and that I would have to bring my vehicle back in to hopefully have the codes reset. Individuals who dealt with me were very pleasant and apologetic but fact remains it’s highly inconvenient for me to have to bring my vehicle back in.

Great communication, lovely service.
Following my booking I received a call to let me know that the correct windscreen for my vehicle would need to be ordered so may delay the installation. This was far better than my experience with another company who just repeatedly ordered the wrong windscreen. Installation went without a hitch, staff were friendly and helpful.
