Can never get through to the branch my…
Can never get through to the branch my appointment was booked with ,
No one ever answers the phone after ringing for more than 15 times, and just get transferred to a call centre who then have to contact said branch and then wait for them to get back to me.
I had a phone call to confirm if screen was tinted etc and still sent wrong one,
Paid the insurance excess fee then just before 2nd visit to fit replacement was told the excess was 5pounds more than already paid ,
But I want to note the fitter was first class and very helpful even on a very wet raining day,

I've (unfortunately) had to use Nat. Windscreens (in Oswestry) twice in the past year, and the service is
excellent. The staff are always polite and helpful, the communication to arrange appointments is very efficient, and the work was done with care to my car.

Very nice service at Oswestry
Very nice service from Rob & Matt in the Oswestry unit. Thank you. Some of National Windcreen’s admin/booking side wasn’t the best but it all worked seemlessly and fuss free in the end.

Visited the establishment for windscreen replacement under insurance. Manager very helpful regarding process. Made arrangements via insurance web-site and received appointment for the following week. everything went smoothly; collected the car shortly before the predicted completion time. Excellent service all round
