Very poor communication
Very poor communication, horrific booking experience. Needed replacement windscreen through Aviva insurance, what a horrific experience, online booking seemed straightforward, got a date for 2 days later on 4th December.Then was advised this could not be done as parts needing ordering..ok fair enough, when asked how long this would be was advised could be a couple of days, or day after or even after that - helpful not! As this meant car could not be driven I rang insurer who advised I could try another company they used which is not advertised when you make a claim. I called then and was told part would need to be ordered so stuck with National Windscreens. Waited a week and heard nothing, called National Windscreens to be told no part was ordered, it was waiting to be done. Part now ordered? wait again to be called. Windscreen finally fitted on 19th December, partner took car and waited 4hrs for it be fitted. Fitter was great and very professional. Its just a shame the onus was on me to chase a date for replacement and the booking system is not fit for purpose.

Great service throughout
After the first screen crack fix didnt hold, i rang up, quick to answer and find all the details, explained everything needed and new windscreen process, gave an early lead time, on the day of install Advisor rang in the morning to give afternoon eta, he was very professional, polite and informative even in the torrential rain. Cant fault the whole process.
