They scratched the surround and…
They scratched the surround and the black trim round the new windscreen is crinkled. They left glass in the wipers and black goo on the inside. I showed the man the scratches and he took a picture. Regarding the crinkly trims, he said its because its not a genuine part.

Just want to give me £25 for a day of lost work when THEY cancelled . Shamefull .
Then wanted my bank details again for another depatment for the £25 . Dreadfull all round quality of work . Did not supply wipers i paid for , left hands free unit hanging , left the screen full of dirty handprints inside and out .

Very very poor service
Very very poor service. My car receiver was not connected back after replacing my panoramic roof and for them to take responsibility they started asking for unnecessary things which I have presented but I’m still waiting for their response. When you make a mistake take responsibility for it and apologise instead of looking or asking silly questions.

Had a bit of a hiccup on the first day as the fitter didn’t turn up and didn’t phone or text to say he wouldn’t be coming however he did arrive two days later and I was first job on his list.The fitter was a very pleasant and polite young man.He was very efficient and completed the job to a very high standard.Despite not having turned up for the original booking I would have no hesitation in recommending and using National windscreens again.

MK branch did really well
MK branch did really well. Replacement was done within 3 hours after arrival with ADAC calibration and after two weeks all good

I paid for a replacement wipers to be…
I paid for a replacement wipers to be fitted (£33.90) but was told a part was missing from the box. The fitter then told me i would get a refund which i told him that was not what i wanted. I wanted the new wipers. He told me that he would write this up and that i would get the refund within 2-3 weeks.

The technician was a polite and professional person. He replaced my front passenger side window in really quick time, he hoovered everything up for me, and the window itself it spot on. It was easy to book my appointment and they were able to fit me in quickly too.
