Update: As you can see below, National Windscreen has now apologised. Unfortunately this should have happened at the time rather than in response to a poor review.
Had to use this company due to arranging it through my insurance company. Had to wait a week for an appointment, then they didn't turn up! I have been told I have to wait another week and a half for a rearranged appointment. After the costs of taxis for a week and now a hire car, it would have been cheaper to pay the full cost and not go through the insurance company. Highly unprofessional and would never recommend them.

The important bit was very good
I was generally happy with everything apart from communication. It would have been helpful to know how long the process would take from the moment I arrived in reception. When I saw a technician I was told the time frame, so I found out eventually how long I had to kill. In the end I had time to go to somewhere to get a drink and use the toilet as there were no facilities at National Windscreens.
Regarding the actual replacing of the windscreen I couldn’t fault it.

Still waiting for a refund!
Paid for windscreen wipers at the same time they were the wrong size so unable to fit. I’ve chased 3 times and I’m still waiting for a refund. Appalling service
