A problem half solved.
The young man who came to my home was very polite. The hole in my windscreen was 'fixed' but you can see the mark and spider legs which is in my line of view. I also ordered two new front wipers. I went out two days later and my passenger said 'where is the wiper blade'? Fortunately it was laying against the bonnet, apparently with a broken catch.
I called into NW in Kings Lynn and the guy agreed that these new wipers were a bit flimsy.

Repaired while on holiday
I was able to arrange a suitable date and location for my window replacement, and the engineer kept me informed of his ETA.
Once the Engineer attached the site, he explained the process and would call me when the work was completed. He also explained the dos and don'ts within the next few days, allowing the windscreen to set in place.

Didn't turn up for the appointment
Didn't turn up for the appointment, had to go on chat and they got in touch with local depot, they sent message next day saying they had an outstanding booking with me,so I rang for another appointment the lady on telephone said did I want to raise a complaint which I did, no apologies where received from the local depot only from lady on phone

All went fairly well the young chap…
All went fairly well the young chap turned up explained what he would do and got in with replacing the windscreen, all was ok but notice the rear view mirror wasn’t very well stuck on neither was the digital aerial box, not sure if it was supposed to be would look more professional if it was but I had to get some adhesive pads and do myself. Did it explain? I couldn’t use it for an hour or two and couldn’t go through the car wash for a few days, but I did receive a text after a couple of hours to say how could you now use it which was a good idea.

The process of booking my vehicle in to have its screen replaced was very easy. They handled all the paperwork with the insurance company without hassle. The team are friendly and helpful and the car was returned within the day.

4 hours and no contact and cant callibrate
had my car over 4 hours and no contact.
was told they had issues calibrating and I may get my car back today even though left at 8.30am
If they are unable to calibrate I can take to BMW and get it done there for nearly £200 and have more time off work. Communication is zero and do not care. Even called head office and they have the same attitude. Make sure the next insurance policy do not use National Windscreens - that is 100% for sure. DO NOT USE - BEWARE
