Pleased with the swift service
We were really pleased to have the windscreen of the car replaced at a convenient location. The only negative was that we found that the internal fans were really noisy (sounded like a jet taking off) in the car after the fitting-could hear them outside the car too. We didn't check the fans until driving the car the following day. We were going to call the following week to get the fitter back. We managed to source that the problem was that the fascia with the vents on the bonnet was not slid back properly into the bottom of the windscreen properly. Once my husband had aligned it all up the noise disappeared!

Did not turn up to a booked…
Did not turn up to a booked appointment. Then took another week to fit windowscreen. Broken rearview mirror when installing windowscreen. I was without mirror for a week. Then once mirror fitted, very poor mirror. Not the same as the original mirror.
Really unhappy with whole experience. Lots of time on phone chasing all of these problems.very poor bad experience.

I called to arrange my windscreen refit…
I called to arrange my windscreen refit and was given a date. That date was then cancelled by National Windscreens as my windscreen did not need “calibration “.
The next available date was a further couple of weeks afterwards.
When the fitter came to fit the windscreen he was polite and helpful and did the job promptly and tidily.
I was a little surprised to be asked if I could assist with the placement of the windscreen and feel that if a windscreen is thought to need two persons to complete it, that it would be best to send two people out for the job.
Otherwise completely fine. Thanks.

Windscreen fitted professionally
The fitter arrived on time to fit a new windscreen. He did a thoroughly good job in a friendly and timely manner. My dashboard was a little dirty (not from his work I might add) and he cleaned my dashboard which wasn't part of his remit. All in all a damn good job. :)
