Customer felt valued
National Windscreens was not my Insurance Underwriters first supplier, but the branch used was in a sensible distance from my home and could offer acceptable dates.
Contact from the company was very adequate and I felt acknowledged as a customer. I was a little surprised at the small size of the branch premises but the service I wanted was very well delivered within the agreed timeframe.

Unhappy
First appointment cancelled due to staff shortages. 2nd appointment ok, my Motorhome windscreen replaced. 4 days later driving on the motorway and a large trim came off that cover the screen edges. Now broken and gaffer taped on. Waiting for a call back for you to come and fix it.
I see your reply, I’ve waited today for a call back that’s not happened either - need sorted before we have to drive 6 hours home like it this weekend…

Booking was easy but my main problem was that I was not given a fixed time but a 7 1/2 hour window, which ment I had to cancel several lessons. On the day James messaged his eta, arrived on time and did a good job

Great job, solid service
The to fitters that arrived were prompt, courteous and did the job diligently. It’s a heated screen with a number of auto features on the car. Everything was refitted and finished cleanly.

After two difficult phone calls with…
After two difficult phone calls with the extremely awkward call centre to book my screen repair I was finished with the company.
However a day later Vicky from customer service rang and instantly sorted all the problems the call centre had created. She immediately sorted out a technician to visit the next morning.
Steve turned up early and repaired the screen superbly whilst having a laugh and a chat.
Vicky and Steve were as brilliant as the call centre was bad and those two alone would make me recommend the company.
Pity about the call centre part.

Excellent Service From Steve
Steve came and really went above and beyond with installing my new windscreen. Being a classic car, Steve was specifically sent being well experienced in the field. The attention to detail Steve put in was incredible, taking real pride in his work and being a true friendly and honest guy, great for a chat too.
I was left with a windscreen fitted better to the one that was already in there and an assurance that if any problems arise, they will be managed. I genuinely believe that if anything does go wrong in the coming weeks, which I doubt, Steve will be back to make things right.
