AVOID!
AVOID! The worst customer service ever in Bolton branch! Had to wait 4 days for my side glass to arrive then the manger who was very rude and no customer skills in him said it would take a further 5 days before they could send someone to fit it! He said if I didn't like that then advised me to cancel the instruction but I would still lose me deposit, called another company who came out the next day to fit my glass. I would not be using this company ever again. If I had a option to give no stars I would!!

Disgraceful service from National Windscreens
Changed order I was done. No communication as to why. Apparently replacement screen was scratched.
On replacing the screen, trim covering the wiper bolts on the drivers wiper arm was broken. I was not informed of this. It was left for me to find.
Not impressed with the service.

Some issues, unfortunately
Sadly there were some problems with my service from National Windscreens. Firstly I had to wait 5 days for an appointment which I thought was too long. Secondly the engineer arrived with the incorrect windscreen for my car's spec (even though it was the right shape, my car has a rain sensor, and the windscreen didn't have one and also didn't fit my rear view mirror). Thirdly I had to wait another 6 days for another appointment (again, too long) and I had to hire a car at my own expense to cover this time period since my insurer wouldn't give me a courtesy car. Lastly after the correct windscreen was fitted, I later discovered that the engineer hadn't reconnected the pipe to the washer jets!
The service agents and engineer were nice to deal with and communication was clear, but sadly there were too many issues with the service.

Had a windscreen fitted by national…
Had a windscreen fitted by national windscreens and noticed a creaking sound so put up with it for a week or so but then asked nw to take a look and left the car with them . Collected the car was told it could have been a loose engine clip???. Creaking still happening so complained and a technician turned up took a look said it was the dash cam cables?. Sent an email to the ceo no reply so took the car to another nationwide company who said the windscreen needed reseating as that is all it can be. Have sent an email to thè hhead office will wait and see.
