Excellent service. Called to see if an earlier appointment worked for me and it did. Saves me a day really. Engineer was super friendly and polite. Ran through some possible issues. Did a great job really fast and super tidy. Can't fault.

Turned Up Late, Never replied to my complaint that i sent via there customer services.
Guy turned up 3 hours late for allotted Morning slot. Had 2 jobs before not sure an 830 start takes gone 3 to arrive.
Wasnt allowed a years warranty as there was some rust. (dont a lot of 2nd hand cars have rust). So bit of a kop out.
I did put in a complaint. via how did we do email and the link they sent you. Have i recieved a response? No.
Bit of a shambles really.

Excellent Service
The information given as to when they would arrive was spot on, on arrival the gent was shown what was wrong and he informed his manager of the change to the booked job and then proceeded to repair the windscreen. A perfect job done very quickly.

There was an unacceptable delay between…
There was an unacceptable delay between passing information from the Call Centre to the Bath branch which was only rectified by my attending the branch in person to activate the replacement. The Call Centre failed to pass on our case.
