Another one who's getting spam from this company. They make themselves out to be some large company, but a quick check on Companies House shows this is far from the truth. Buck your ideas up, and at the very least include an "unsubscribe" link in your spam emails as required by law.

The service offered by National Power and Gas went beyond my expectations, they found the best value energy rates and made sure the transfer to our new suppliers went without a hitch. Having had a bad experience with an energy broker in the past I was a little hesitant about contacting National Power and Gas, but Chloe conducted herself in a professional manner, finding the cheapest rates and letting me make decisions without pressure. 5 Stars

Neil helped us in getting our charity a much better rate for our electricity supplies. We will use National Power & Gas UK again.

I have used Neil at NP&G for a few years now on varying different energy renewal contracts. He always gains better renewal prices and we usually complete the whole transaction from start to finish in less than an hour which saves me loads of time!

Relentless spam emails. And as mentioned in the other reviews they have no way of opting out other than to contact them, which is against GDPR regulations.

I have never signed up to these emails and they are not relevant.

If this is their attitude towards potential customers don’t touch them with a barge pole.

This is one of the most annoying and persistent spam email perpetrators I've ever experienced.There is no unsubscribe link in the emails which all purport to be coming from individuals in the company which is presumably a GDPR workaround. I would not deal with this company even if my life depended on it, purely beacuse of their spam marketing, and I waste no time in telling every single person I speak to during the course of my business about how dreadful this practice is and not to touch them with a bargepole. I don't suppose they're monitoring or this or that they care but I really wish they'd go bust so they'd stop bothering me.

I was contacted by National Power and Gas who wanted to know if they could provide renewal rates for our gas and electricity contracts. Being interested to know if they could better the rates I was being offered I asked them to provide rates for both our electricity and gas contracts. National Power and Gas provided rates from around twenty suppliers with the majority cheaper than the rates I had found. I accepted their British Gas rates for both contracts, was emailed a docusign British Gas contract and everthing was dealt with quickly and without complication.

I would definitely use again - 5 stars

I am emailed nearly every week; their emails do not have an opt-out link, and having never subscribed, this breaches GDPR Compliance.

I called 0800 160 1001, and it's always busy! These guys are likely a SCAM.

Also, their email shows 5 TrustPilot stars which they clearly are NOT!

Made us good savings on both our gas and electricity contracts at our three sites across the country. I would have no hesitation in recommending NPG.
