National Moves & Storage Recenzje

The guys were great but took a long time to arrive
They said they went for a sandwich and would not charge for the 30 minute break. Friendly and competent

The men were very good at their job and polite and very careful with the goods also
Very happy and highly recommended

I used National Moves for a big move within London. I thought the service upon initial quotation meeting was very good, professional, and the service manager, Alex, was excellent. Open and honest, extremely trustworthy, and was realistic.
Then on the move itself, I was even more impressed. Alex, himself was there overlooking and actually participating in the move as well. And his crew were great. Again, very trustworthy and friendly. My family were even comfortable with them.
I would highly recommend these guys for any move, big or small. it's well worth it. If you do, ask for Alex.
Thanks guys! all the best

Fantastic movers
Very happy with the professional friendly service they provide. Efficient effective movers who services I will be recommending!

From booking (customer service) to moving was a professional and the process was easy and straight forward. Mostly importantly the chaps on the move were very helpful. Highly recommended

Great team, very efficient and helpful.

The team was on time
Friendly made the experience of moving very easy !
Thank you for a brilliant team

Great service! On time and great guy

Great service with a very friendly smiley driver thanks Dom

Great experience - rubbish collection was organised expertly by Charlotte and executed expertly by Bradley and Alex. They took care and lots of patience with my elderly parents. Very grateful!

Hi, National Moves transported our kitchen under contract from another company. Initial communications with Alex were good. However the collection team arrived almost 2 hours late. They rubbished Alexes promises collection slot. They forgot the cleaning equipment leaving us to clear up, despite Alex’s assurances that they would do a complete job. The took a chunk out of our kitchen door. When this was raised, Alex said that we had to show that they did the damage, and without photographs we could not do this. They promised to send a repair kit for us to do ourselves. The team were not Covid aware, no masks, one did not wear gloves, and they managed to drop and break one of the tall units. Overall, a poor performance, complicated by untruths, between management and the delivery team, with refusal to acknowledge damaged they caused. Please consider very carefully how you employ this operator.

Fantastic service and great value for money. Would highly recommend.

Absolutely faultless service from start to finish. Alex was super helpful during the video call survey, and even made the effort to check in on the day too. Bradley and Anicet were brilliant on the day - awesome energy, super helpful and an impressive step count to boot! Highly recommended.

Both Dom and Andre were amazing from start to finish. They stayed overtime and helped us in every way. They were friendly, talkative and made us feel comfortable the whole time. Would definitely use them again!

Extremely helpful and allowed us to sit back and enjoy the move. Not only helpful but genuinely nice people. Would highly recommend the both of them and will request to have them if we were to move again.

Excellent service, the team showed care for all of my stuff, kind and friendly staff

Quick and effective,
The movers were friendly as well.

On time very professional excellent service all round will definitely use from now on

Alex, Bradley and Dom did an excellent job, very helpful, very accommodating and quick work of packaging and loading our things with care. The clean up after was also done to a very good standard. The arrival time was also as expected.
