I’ve been impressed with quick responses, an adjusted payment plan and always had good customer service on the phone. Overall very impressed!

My plan was longer Than originally agreed (took 4 years in total)
But the NDR team are always super helpful and get any problem sorted immediately. I can’t thank them enough for all their help!

Simple and stress free! Being in debt has never been so easy! All the customer advisors are friendly and super helpful and understanding. I never feel embarrassed about my financial situation, they make the whole process so easy. One payment a month and I don't have to worry about a thing.
