What can I say, the service from Raf from start to finish was exceptional. They deal with everything, ordered and installed everything for me and provided a warranty. It’s a one-stop shop where you don’t need to deal with anybody else. He initially came to look at the issue with my Came motor but didn't charge me for the call-out as the motor was beyond repair! That's a breath of fresh air in today's world where companies will charge you for each and everything. He removed the old motor and proceeded to recommend a replacement, ordered the new motor and came earlier than expected to fix it, but unfortunately, there was a mismatch in the wheel size with the new model. He tried to fit the old wheel so that he could still complete the job that day, but the size was just slightly out! He was not fazed he got on to his suppliers there and then and proceeded to order the required part then duly came back to install the new motor. It was an amazing job and gate works perfectly. I asked him to add another couple of photosensors for safety which he did even though it was a tricky job and he charged a very reasonable amount, just the 1-hour labour and cost of photo sensor even though it took him longer as it was a bit more difficult than expected due to having to run discreet extra power cables for both sensors. I wish all companies operated like this. Raf was always courteous, polite and professional, and he even turned up early (as he had a free slot unexpectedly), you can’t go wrong with this company! Don’t hesitate in commissioning this company for any of your gate needs.

Raf was exceptional in his service, thoroughness and expertise. He worked on a bank holiday Monday to help us out as the previous week was all rained out. He took us through all aspects of the motor and gate operation so we could solve minor issues ourselves. Relay impressed and would highly recommend

Breath of fresh air.
We have gates at our house, probably installed over 20+ years ago and one gate would not close. We tried calling several gate suppliers who simply were not interested. Then one supplier came and came up with a rip off quote and so we simply closed the gate by hand for 5 months! On recommendation I called Natim. He came the following week, and 2 hours later, the gate was working again. Such a breath of fresh air to have a reliable, honest and knowledgeable tradespeson, did the job, price as quoted, no unwarranted attempt at upselling anything I didn't need. Thanks for the skill and the fix.

Top quality work and importantly Raf is a good guy. He retrofitted a lock onto our gate (with help from Klaudio) and was completely honest with his pricing up front. I'll be recommending Raf to everyone now. I wish we'd found him sooner

Amazing product, amazing service.

Raf spent time discussing in detail what we were looking for, which was slightly different from the norm.

He spent the time to send update pictures to help us decide on the final configuration.

Onsite he was very thorough, kept the site clean, disposed of all the rubbish and the final product, being two doors, are amazing.
