Thank you for sharing your feedback. We appreciate you choosing Natalia Carpet Sheriff for your wool carpet cleaning needs.
We understand your concern regarding the stains that remained after the cleaning. As explained during our visit, some stains, especially those that have deeply settled, can become permanent, even with professional deep cleaning and disinfection. We always strive to achieve the best possible results. Still, unfortunately, some stains may not be fully removable due to their nature or how long they have been present, as well as the use of unsuitable cleaning products.
Sofa looks great

Best carpet cleaning company
Natalia Carpet Sheriff is geniualy the best carpet cleaning company in the area and only 5 stars is not enough. Excellent customer service and very easy booking over the phone with exact explanation how the cleaning process will be carried out in stages. Reasonable price and outstanding service provided by very knowledgeable person. Apart from that I am over the moon with the results on my capet cleaning where I was in place to almost replace these. Now, thanks to Natalia Carpet Sheriff my carpets look like new again and is not enough to mention the gorgeous smell that left after the cleaning.
Highly recommended to all my friends and family and for sure I am going to use this company again.
