Thank you so much for taking the time to leave this fantastic review! We greatly appreciate it! We’re absolutely delighted to hear that you were pleased with the service provided by Natalia from Carpet Sheriff. Arriving on time and delivering high-quality results is always our priority, and it’s great to know we achieved that during your recent cleaning.
In this particular job, we carried out a thorough hard floor cleaning of your stone kitchen tiles, using specialist equipment and techniques to lift dirt, grime, and residue from the surface and grout lines. Over time, stone flooring can lose its natural shine due to daily wear and tear, but with our detailed hard floor professional cleaning, we were able to restore the tiles to their original, like-new condition.
We’re so glad you were happy not only with the results but also with the price—we always strive to provide excellent value alongside top-tier service. Whether it’s restoring stone floors or delivering high-quality carpet cleaning, Carpet Sheriff is here to help make your home look its best.
Thank you again for your kind words and for choosing us. We look forward to helping you again in the future!

Fast, no-fuss, efficient service!
We found Natalia through a Google search for carpet stain removal in Manchester. We were impressed by the clear pricing on her website and the excellent reviews, so we went ahead and booked online.
This job was actually for one of our own customers, so we were acting as the middleman — but that didn’t cause any issues. Natalia contacted our customer directly, got them booked in quickly, and sorted the stain — all for the exact price quoted.
No stress for us, and two happy customers: our client and ourselves! Would highly recommend and will definitely use again.
Thank you!

Our experience with Natalia Carpet…
Our experience with Natalia Carpet Sheriff has been brilliant from start to finish. Magda took our initial call and was so friendly and efficient, booking in a time far sooner than we’d hoped for.
Tomasz arrived promptly on the day and did an excellent job when cleaning our living room, stairs and landing carpet.
We were considering doing the job ourselves, but are so glad we didn’t as the carpets look and smell amazing!
A very satisfied customer who will be calling in a years time for repeat business … at a reasonable price.

Great, friendly responsive service
Cleaning service for two 3 seat sofas whose design makes them difficult to clean. Sevice was excellent from start to finish, with assistance about booking, checking the sofa materials and choice of scent from cleaning materials. Really friendly and polite and I will definitely be asking for their help again.
