Just bought a 2000W Generator
Just bought a 2000W Generator, there were some mixed reviews of Nassboards, particularly with regards to comms and Reception.
I can honestly say the lady on Reception was really helpful, my email was responded to almost immediately, product arrived on time with full tracking and worked perfectly!!!

Great customer service
I wouldn't go anywhere else for wet room trays. The product is great and the prices are fair, the customer service however is outstanding. If you order the wrong type (because of a necessary re-design) they make it super easy to return (for a very fair £20) and re-order. Great company.

Poor service poor quality products.
After purchasing a wet room former kit from Nassboards I was very disappointed to receive the wrong colour grate. I purchased the product wanting a gold grate but received a bronze grate.
On contacting Nassboards I was met with rudeness on the phone by not one but two members of staff. Finally I got through to someone who wanted to help but unfortunately when I sent photos of said grate the person replying to my emails is clearly colour blind.
I’d avoid this company as their customer service is very poor.
Products are cheap and of poor quality.
Products are not what are advertised.

We are sorry that the Darker gold colour did not match your light gold taps and as advised we are happy to collect and refund in full or supply an alternative.
Trust pilot is a great tool and gives customers a good idea what companies are like and also what customers are like who purchase as everyone is able to see all reviews left by that customer.
6 of your last 7 reviews are 1 Star and on each ocassion it has been an awful service and product and seems everyone is rude to you.
We have listened to the voice calls and no one was rude to you and the grate is one we have sold in excess of 600 without anyone else having an issue with the colour or quality and is a Darker gold grate of which there are 2 images on the website of the colour before you purchased.

Thank you for your order. Order was placed on Feb 24th and delivery was attempted on the 25/02/2025 15:31:18 and again on the 26/02/2025 12:55:19 and eventually collected from the delivery depot on the 27th. According to the courier no one answered the gated intercom on both delivery attempts

Great product
Great product, fast delivery and great customer service. Ended installing the wet room shower tray a few months after I bought them, had a faulty part in the trap assembly and got it replaced in 48 hrs. All installed and working perfectly now.
