Dissapointed about price difference between local and international website.
I’m a huge fan of Nanso and their quality. I am dissapointed that the price differences between nansoshop.com and nanso.com are so big. Also when the international shop was launched, the points I had accumulated in the Finland store did not transfer.
Now I feel less happy about ordering online because I know I can get much better deals when I visit Finland.

Nansoshop.com is our separate international online store, operating on its own platform, which means that the benefits and campaigns available on Nanso.com in Finland are unfortunately not yet synchronized between the two. I completely understand how this difference can feel disappointing, especially if you have been used to the loyalty benefits in the Finnish store.
Our international store does, however, have its own promotions and offers, and the best way to stay updated is by subscribing to the newsletter in the bottom right corner of the site. 💌

Bei der Bestellung ist mir ein Fehler bei der Grössenwahl unterlaufen. Leider konnte trotz soforiger e-Mail an den Kundendienst meine Bestellung nicht korrigiert werden. Schade.
Der Customer-Service hat sich jedoch bei mir gemeldet, mir seine Hilfe angeboten und versprochen, die Abläufe nach vollzogenen Bestellunen zu prüfen und nach Möglichkeit zu optimieren.

I would also like to have a house code. Also some lighter colours for the nightgowns I ordered because I had purchased one of your nightgowns in a local store a couple of years ago and really liked the fabric.
