For clarification, the product I received is not the one advertised on the seller’s website.
The photos on their page show a branded Nanoteqa fragrance-free air freshener in a white bottle, while I was sent a generic, unbranded clear plastic bottle with foaming liquid and a completely different label.
This is a clear case of item not as described and misleading product representation.
I have contacted the seller and requested either the correct product or a full refund.
If the issue is not resolved, I will proceed with a chargeback through my card provider.
Update: The seller publicly accused me of fraud. This is incorrect.
I requested a refund because the product I received does not match the product advertised on the seller’s website. I have photos clearly showing the difference between what was advertised and what was delivered.

Šis žmogus yra sukčius. Mūsų įmonė jam ne tik išsiuntė užsakytą produktą, bet ir dovanų įdėjo papildomą valiklį. Bet gavęs produktus, jis pareikalavo gražinti pinigus, nenorėdamas grąžinti gautų produktų. Taip jis norėjo pasisavinti ir užsakytas prekes, ir sumokėtus pinigus.
